I'm opening a freight broker company and I'm at the step where i need a bond. i will putting up the 75k myself and was told that the 75k earns interest which is retained as the administration fee. Does sound right?

You’ve got some brokers getting cheap loads
How about the lumper fee. I had a load for $550 and received $388. The brokerage accounting deducted $145 from my rate confirmation because they paid $150 for lumper service. Are they supposed to do this? Because it doesn't seem fair to me.

If you have submitted lumper receipt. They should reimburse it to you.
@California000 Yes, I have submitted the BOL, lumper receipt, and rate con right after delivery.

The broker has to pay for the lumper because they charge that lumper to the shippers. Appeal that, and if they don’t want to help report them to freightguard and FMCSA for hostility of full payment

A lot of what you say is true. But to assume these companies spent all of that $39 billion on their operations is absurd. There’s no way in hell these companies didn’t figure out a way to funnel those funds into other business ventures, or outright pocket some of that money. Good video but, Let’s not be naive Bro.
I Can resonate a lot with this comment. Received over 500k in funds during Covid years, unfortunately large majority fell into ops… yes it was a bad gamble
i watched your other video and liked it its I'm interested in and want to do what you do I've been driving 30 years over the road and local but flunked drug test on MaryJane still have to do sap interview but job kept me after 12 years so still ins and pto but at 55 im computer savy and am interested i am also good at logistics
