High quality information. I Haven’t heard anyone mentions the subtleties in such a way! Thank you.
Great video! I do handstands every day and kinda, I guess, throwing myself into them. I will practice your technique.
God ty so much for that I have never thought about that, it lowkey improved my balanced when going into an handstand and my shoulder feel much more secure
learning so much from you about handstand, these little details in every videos are helping me so much with my handstand's practice
Thank you ! This was super helpful on so many levels !!!
Best tip ever
Very helpful!
Good call. Throwing yourself into the handstand, like explosive exercises, are rather a later step for which you'd better prepare yourself by doing it controlled.
After some practice, i found that starting the up-kick with my hands already firmly planted is actually a lot easier and also smoother to find the correct balance.
Thanks Yuri, it was very useful :)
Thank you🙏🏻
Still appreciating These thoughts!
Good stuff!

@@yurimar Oh Yesss. I did a 40-second handstand today. I feel that I'm close to achieving 60 which is a prereq to the OAHS? Can't wait for it to launch :)
Smooth! I hit my 144kg on my hands and I ruined them with tendonitis 😓😓😓😓
