This is spectacular! I'm working on developing a 10 second one arm handstand right now, and after that I plan to come to one of your workshops to learn how to take it further!

An amazingly graceful movement piece. I'm hard-pressed to believe there are many movements or body-weight abilities that challenge him, except perhaps a Victorian hold on the rings. Great work Ido, thanks for the inspiration.

I tore my TFCC in my left wrist I have seen conflicting information as to weather to get surgery to debride the tear. I would really rather not but the injury has lasted for close to 5 months now and I am not sure what to do I don't think the tear will heal on its own. Any advice?

You should definitely seek the advice of a physical therapist. Possibly there are some specific ROM exercises you should be doing to get better.

OK, I know this reply comes late, but some of us know Ido enough to not like him. He came to Mexico a few years ago to teach a five-day workshop for $7,500 dollars, and he missed the first two days. That's BS, many people here don't even earn that amount in a whole year, and he's the kind of person who looks down on anybody who says that they lack the time or resources to work on their physical strength.

Ido, have you ever worked with someone who has nerve impingement in the shoulder and or back...maybe from a buldging disc? I feel limited by certain movements as they cause me a nerve pain that seems to hinder me. Mostly with handstands...my left shoulder/arm will give out...not from muscle weakness only but from the nerve impingement...sometimes it irritates me days after. I don't do much handstand work because of this. Any advice?

Don't you need to construct the cage of gold first in order then to break it down? Or should the handstand be a simple "pause" in a larger set movement patterns and not just a static map?

Alexander Hogarth most people who strive for a handstand strive for the hold of the handstand. That means - the still position. What the point of this video meant was that you must not forget to move, including in/out/within the handstand

Kounteron Damn it, that's right. After watching this video, I realised I need to practice more movements in/out/within the handstand. I have my frogstand to handstand, L-sit to handstand and so on, but I need to practice more freedom and expression, as Ido says. Big ups from Sweden.
