Is that something I can do myself ? I have the same car as you, it started yesterday. One thing I noticed, a few minutes before that, the front/left sensors started beeping for no reason

Iv hade the same problem what iv done is I find one of the coil it's bad and the battery was low I changed the battery brand new and brand new coil the problem get fixed automatically I'm so happy

Er would disconnect the positive battery terminal for twenty secs. Then reconnect it. Had ad blue fault and stop start fault at same time. Disconnecting the battery must rest the ecu worked for me and all good as soon as I reconnected and restarted. Bit like your home computer if playing up force shut down and restart same as disconnecting your battery. Not a car mechanic but am an engineer. Worth a try. As said worked great for me.

Got qashqai stop/ start dont work not bothered doesn't affect car engine.

Most likely reason the fault comes up is because the battery is past it's best. battery life is 3-5 years with stop/start cars. Check battery voltage, should be around 12.6 volts, if it's under 12.2 when resting, it's already not in a good state, anything lower and it's time to replace. You will then need a garage to clear the fault code and register the new battery with the car. You cannot simply replace a battery on this vehicle, the new battery must be registered to the car before you can clear any fault codes

Hi Buddy, can a bad battery affect the engine speed and power? Mine have no boost, max speed 50km/p full acceleration, changed fuel pump, spark plugs and filters , I am suspecting with my alternator or battery. Do you have any clue on such.

@@seeverians I doubt the battery and alternator have any influence over the performance of the engine. A battery is there just to start the car, the alternator and engine producing the electricity to run it while running. A red light should appear if the alternator is faulty.Check the voltage going into the battery when the engine is running, should be around 14volts. Do some fault readings, it most probably something very simple, but spending money after money doing needless changes is the wrong way to go about fault finding.

Someone have to replace the fuelpump but that’s not the solution I guess the error lights still there also the start stop function not active

Hi I got a nissan serena 2012 s-hybrid, same issue with the start stop function. Got yellow engine sign, along with flashing "Auto" sign.This is after the head unit was changed so i supposed there is something wrong😢😢

​@@howtofixtvyeah and, S-HYBRID has two different size 12V Battery. Smaller battery is using for normal 12V system, Larger battery is using for HYBRID SYSTEM. If one Battery fault, car can't start. If use jump start, connect to smaller battery first(if navigation system is available when before connect cable, maybe Larger battery fault. ). (if only larger battery problem, electric equipments are available, no/slow cranking. If smaller battery fault, car can't start due to unable to wake up the computers and electric equipments.)

Hi, I am also facing this issue when engine starts and after pressing setting button it disappears and no issue on the ride. But car is not stopping and start automatically. Is there any solution for this or I need to consult the service center. Car Model - 2017 Nissan Qashqai Connecta

I have the same signe but it disappears after car start

Disconnect the battery, then tthur on full head lights for 2 min, it should reset the ecu and fux the issue.

while releasing breaks it makes sound !?????

You can try a injector cleaner most of problems wil disappear

Either bad battery Bad relay Ecu reset Or update from dealer. Also try putting seatbelt on an off while cars running an doors shut. Going to the dealer today

I replaced the battery and it was the same then i found the fault, it was the plug going into the right rear wheel speed sensor, one wire was broken and the other was worn.. replace the plug from eBay for £7, job done 👍
