I am suffering from being too considerate, I do things and treat people well but then sometimes I realize that I don't get the same treatment, that's correct they really don't care.

Same here dude. I'm always bending over backwards to help out a friend in need, or going out of my way to make them feel better about themselves. And all people ever do is take advantage of that, and never reciprocate it. I've cut out a lot of people in my life recently because I realized they're just not good people...

Youre not suffering from being too considerate, but from being too dependent on how others treat you. Go for what you think is right in life, no matter if others do whats right or not. You doing the right thing in life should not be dependent on others, youre the captain

My journey started one year ago. I dressed like a kid, didn't understand style or grooming. I wasn't happy with my body either. I started working out and I threw away almost everything in my closet, I used a part of my savings to redo my wardrobe. I started educating myself mostly through Antonio and Alpha M. and it was showing quickly. If you can't do the radical wardrobe swap start small, build a classic wardrobe piece by piece then start experimenting to find your own style. I'm sorry there's no one tip to confidence and like Antonio and Alpha M. say "It's a journey, not a destination." I hope this helps you.

Here in Atlanta where I live, I notice most ppl who have a luxury car and sitting at the red light have an intense, worried look on their face in which a person with a Camry or Civic doesn't have . Makes you wonder all the stress they have in order to financially support all that imagery of illusions of wealth.

I remember that someone posted that getting others talk about themselves is a psychological trick in to making them like talking with you. I have always done it mostly on accident because I am a curious person, but the fact that you mention it and so accurately describe what happens shows that you know what you are talking about. This has been the biggest problem in my life. Luckily I managed to fix it. It's so true that people are way busier with themselves. I learned that when I thought I completely embarrassed myself and I'd never recover, and then I found out that no-one even remembered. That moment changed my life. I haven't cared about the things other people think since. I'm here for myself, and if anyone wants to tag along with me that's awesome, but it's not the main goal.

And what makes you say this? There is quite a good argument for psychology being a science. It sounds to me like it's your standards more so than any factual premise. P.S. I'm going to go ahead and stop you in advance from saying "they just tell us what we already know" because there's a lot of support for hindsight bias.

So many people fall on a trap of having to keep up with the joneses or even with their own peers. BTW I was in a wedding once where I didnt know anyone, I went stag and it was a nighmare. An admirable concept, the statement of which needs to be updated. Far, far too many people have taken it to mean that manners are unnecessary or that they don't need to be concerned with other people's feelings and sensibilities. If you love your twenty year old pick-up truck, screw what other's think. If you're considering showing up at your employer's black tie event aggressively under dressed, be damn well concerned about what others will think. Restatement: Don't worry about what other's think as long as you are doing nothing wrong.

I know that when my dark Eye Eco goggles are off, people do stare. My eyelids are stitched due to the problems my eyes had. They had ulcers and corneal abrasions. Due to the dryness, stitching the eyelids became the way to go, and I'm grateful for these stitches. Maybe I enjoy making a gawker feel uncomfortable, because it seems like typically, I'm not the one with the problem. It's the other guy. OK. So maybe I also do avoid being in photos without my goggles, but I have willingly recorded myself on KZread without goggles or sunglasses.

define your own happiness is so important - people have this mainstream idea of hapiness with a college degree, 9-5 job, a spouse, kids, nice house and nice car, and when i tell someone i don’t want to have kids they think i’m crazy, and i haven’t told my parents yet that i’m not gonna finish school

Really thinking a lot about people's opinions of you drains your will power and motivation during the day due to the simply using mental power of worry and fault finding. Great video Antonio, I know that years from now u will be in your dream house not giving a damn about what the outside world thinks of u. Keep up the great work

This video is a lot more than just looks and other peoples opinions. its learning some of the key values to a happy, not giving a crap life. Sadly, a lot of people struggle with these core values and still spread rumours or get into other peoples business.
