Tried everything. The urge comes out of nowhere and wont leave for hours. I can pray two rosaries and afterwards it will come back. This is like telling a heroin addict to j"ust shoot motivations at the will." And I really hate the vice. Its not even fun even if I was an atheist I would hate it. But it just doesnt stop. Makes me wanna end it all.

See if you can get a psychiatrist to prescribe you naltrexone or nalmefene. Either one can flatten desire to engage in sexual sin to the point that it is no longer a problem, and side effects are generally mild to nonexistent. Just make sure not to take naltrexone if you have any sort of liver problem or active drinking problem. Also if you get naltrexone you should generally start on 25mg.

There’s a thing called BlockerX, it’s a filter that blocks that content and has an emergency kill switch for your internet connection when the temptation becomes too severe. It helped me immensely and it’s a free app for your phone. Once you get past the first 90 days things become more manageable, you just gotta survive that first 90 days. If you haven’t actively prayed for assistance yet I’d do that too. That’s probably what actually helped me find the blocker in the first place, as I found it not too long after requesting assistance. Maybe your necessary solution will be different to mine. No matter what you do, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT commit suicide out of despair. That’s a one way ticket to oblivion and not only does it not solve anything, it actively makes the world worse. I don’t know your name, but I’ll add you to my prayers. I’m rooting for you regardless, this isn’t an easy thing to break.

Have you talked to a priest about this? It sounds like you could be experiencing demonic obsession and might be helped by going through some deliverance ministry
