    Just a short feedback - All videos are very informative and useful, but what has really put me off recently is negative headline to every single video. It feels we have been doing it all wrong, which we may have. But negating every single thing is not a solution. Encourge to encourage 😊

    The only difference is that- unprocessed forms of sugar such as jaggery, and khandsari have minerals in them; iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. And ultra-processed sugar does not, its just sucrose.

  • @dimplewraich7257
    @dimplewraich72572 ай бұрын

    Dates, figs and raisins also have sugar just with other added minerals but that doesn't make it much better than white sugar. They all spike blood sugar. A very small portion won't hurt though but you can't allow or disallow certain foods. It's all about the potion size and is much more complicated than just saying yes to some foods and no to others.

    Sugar is essentially broken down into glucose, just like sugar from fruits and carbs. Sugar is a carbohydrate and is easily digested by the body, that's why you feel hungry very soon. Sugar doesn't do anything to your body. Fruits have a form of sugar in them that is called as Fructose, that's eventually broken down into glucose, same thing present in table sugar.

    We do not recommend mishri as it is a highly processed form of sugar. It would be best to use minimally processed sweeteners like jaggery, dates, or raisins to make nutritious sweet treats! :)
