    3:15 ye bilkul sahi kaha, bhale hi uske bare mai pata na ho par usko kaise perform karna ye pata hota hai. Aur bahut se logo ko to exercise ka naam tak pata nahi hota but still unko ye pata hota hai ki kis form se karna hai.

    I do not have anything against anyone in the fitness industry and i really enjoy all these people making information/entertaining shorts, mujhe koi "side" choose karne ki zaruri nahi, mai 30 second-1 minute content in sab logo ka dekhta sunta hu, usme se kuch cheeze follow karta hu baki ignore, kuch chize i ignore even after realising that this might slow my progress. Mind with Muscle was one of my favourite channel is category me but idk why aap itna focused hogye ho "biometrics" wale ke piche, aapne khud kaha hai ki aap koi certification wale nahi ho, you could have just let it slide even after engaging in a very "healthy" way, but itne time baad bhi bhai wahi ghise jaa rahe ho. You should realise jise uski baad theek lagi thi wo wahi karenge aur jise old school pe stick karna hai wo karega, you are not convincing anyone to switch sides making these kind of videos pointless. Uska marketing gimmick hai "aaj hi ye exercise karna chordo" jo use bhi pata hai ek point ke baad extreme hai and people really scared of getting hurt will follow scientifically backed info even if it will come at a cost of strength, most of these people are after aesthetics anyways. Aap bade ho, you do not have to prove your point bhai har 2 din me. Do better, we expect better from you.

    Bro aapke ke logic se mera ek question hai as you mentioned bike as old school and car as new school Suppose that baarish ho rahi hai ab hamare pass 2 choise hai jao ya mat jao ( workout karo ya mat kro) we chose ki hame jana hai mtlb workout karni hai lekin baarish bhi to rahi hai ab agr hamare pass car hai to car se jane me kya dikkat instead of ki hm bike se jaye aur health kharab kare aur agr hamare pass car nhi hai (gym me utne machine available nhi hai chota sa gym hai ) so hame bike se hi jana padega, raincoat use kar skte ho aap par chance hai ki heath khrab ho jaye Par mera question ye hai ki agr mere pass car hai aur mai sabko yahi suggestions de raha hu ki car hai to car se hi jao aur aapke pass car nhi hai to why you are abusing me and criticizing me ki nhi tum to car ke 14 ho bhai its all my pov and I am saying facts ki bike se jaoge to health issues hogi baarish ho rahi etc. car se koi problem nhi hai follow karna hai to karo nhi to mat kro why to criticize anyone and abuse him for views ??     Bhaiya like mai Full body lgata hu but mai hr muscle k liy ek lgata hu but chest k liy 4 exercise or back k kiy four exercise because zyada muscle hai kya yeh sahi h aur one moe thing ki mai student hu tih in total 12 exercise hogyi hai toh kya mai half exercise ek din aur rest agke din kr skta hu

    According to study hmari body kabhi isolation work nhi kar skti , jo bhi movement karte hai woh bhut sare muscle ki help or sote sote joints ki help se hi ho pati hai , toh kasis kese kisi movement ko isolate kar skta hai , pec dec fly sab ko isolate lgti hai but us movement ko karne me jo msucle use hote hai usme jyadatar bhut sote hai aur hmari muscle mind connection mei active nhi ho pate woh work kar rhe hote hai woh bhut deep hote hai hmari big muscle ke niche jihno ne stable karna hota hai body ko , woh sote sote joints and ligaments aur muscle ki help se pec dec stable hoti hai aur fir ja kar hmari chest par focus ata hai , sab se jroori hai aapke neuromusccular junction aap ne kis hadd tak active kiye hai us exercise ko feel karne ke liye , mai ek trainer hu certified hu bhut se clients ko isolation hi krane ki kosis krte hai but woh chah kar bhi apna minde us musclenke upar nhi leja skte jiski woh exercier lgate hai , btane ko bhut kuj hai par kasis bhai biomechanic sab kuj nhi hoti ,

    Same problem with me...maine straight bar se kiya karta tha, ab curly bar use karta hu aur alternate exercises bhi karta hu...ex narrow grip bench press, pulley push down, dips...ab pain nahi h😊
