There is this correlation made to how a woman who has allowed poor treatment to herself cannot in fact be a “good woman.” I say “screw that notion!” As a person speaking from experience. I “selected” my now “ex” at NINETEEN! There was sooooo much for me to learn and much that was negatively imposed into my thinking from past trauma in childhood. My decision to give MORE than deserved grace. My gullibility to the man who did not deserve me. My unskilled ability to implement boundaries….DOES NOT MAKE ME A BAD WOMAN or anything contrary to a “Good Woman!” I don’t agree with choosing to remain in a situation where you’re repeatedly disrespected once you in fact are clear on the reality of inadequacies stemming from pure reluctance and foolishness! But I wouldn’t go so far as to say “that’s not a good woman.” A person is going through ENOUGH just to have to come to grips with the fact that they are sleeping with the enemy. Not a burden I would place additionally onto anyone. Definitely not a burden I will allow myself to pick up. IM NOT PICKING UP WHAT YOU’RE PUTTING DOWN 👎
