Do not use these. This is a rubber coated cable lock that is easily cut in a few seconds with side cutters.
Yeah, someone with knowledge will cut through that in seconds…. Had enough lock cut and bikes stolen with the exact same type of lock

Yeah, people think braided steel cable is safe but you can easily cut through it taking smaller nips with side cutters. And most braided steel thats rubber coated is rubber coated to hide how small the cable is underneath. Can be cut in a few seconds with basic hand tools.
these are deterrents so that hopefully thieves will just move on to the next car
Just use a pair of kitchen scissors (or a very sharp knife) to cut the seatbelt strap from the base on the side of the seat.
