My hair was actually growing back. I will say these products are good at preventing hair loss, but if you want to take it a step further make sure you’re doing the basics because it really helped me.

Use it daily at night seems to be the easiest for patients. It’s maintenance so it helps hold onto hair that is dying. It can not bring back what is gone (that where hair transplants come in) but if you have some fuzzies that means there is still hope to make that area fuller. I would seek a real hair transplant doctor in your area if you’d need oral medication to help also. Hope this helps

When I faced hairfall, I did all these to effectively control it: Include massage for your scalp into your routine. Do not use hot water when rinsing your hair. Protect your hair from excessive sweat. Use a wide-toothed neem wood comb to brush out wet hair. Reduce your sugar and processed food consumption. Use natural hairfall control shampoo and oil like Littleeextra coccconion. Maintain a positive mindset for general well-being.

FYI on finasteride. Side effects are extremely rare and often mirror the same percentage of placebo groups in studies. Dr. Russell Knudsen, a leading hair loss doctor in Australia, also recommends taking it three times a week vs everyday. It builds up in your system quite easily and 1 mg/day is excessive for hair loss. His expert opinion but certainly talk to your healthcare provider. You can find further information on KZread as well in the channel The Hair Loss Show that he does with another doctor.

Before I started I would have like 30 strands of hair in my hands whenever I would wash my hair. Now it's like 3 or 4 strands at most which is natural. What dose did you start off with? Cause you should start with a quarter a day or every other day for the first month or so.

@@iannovak5223 Hornier then ever? Thats strange cause finasteride completely killed my libido. I was consistent for 2 years. Was taking 0.5mg per day. Didnt notice any significant decrease in hair fall. Perhaps I was loosing around 50 strands while on finasteride compared to now where I loose anywhere between 50-80 strands a day.

Is minoxidil good for hair-regrowth ?

Good question. In fact, Minoxidil only stimulate hair growth. Sometimes, you have this impression that it can regrowth hair. But in fact it stimulates hairs that are about to fall. They are so thin, that you can barely see them. It's very effective. Don't hesitate. In my case, I just regret not using Minoxidil earlier. Today, it's like I don't have hairloss at all.

  • @tomberver1075

With minoxidil, your hair fall still progresses but you are just buying time. So people think that when they stop, they lose hair faster but in reality your hair is just going to what it would’ve been if you never took minoxidil. As for finasteride, if you stop using it, your hair fall just picks up where it left off. If you combine both, then like finasteride, it just picks up where it left off.

Instead Just leave it applied for three to four hours just. Mistake No. B. Rubbing hair oil forcefully on my scalp. Instead, rub it softly. Mistake No. C. Using hair oil with excess. Rather Use less quantity and spread it evenly. Mistake No. D. Not de-tangling hair before oiling. Rather use a dual tooth comb of neem wood. Mistake No. E. Rinsing my hair immediately after oiling. Rather allow for 3-4 hrs , then just clean ur hair. Mistake No. F. I was using harsh shampoo, oil, conditioner. Rather use mild, organic ones only. For example, I switched to littlextraa cocoonionn antihair fall kit and it solved my hair issues.

Taking biotin in excess just flushes out as it is water soluble. If you are deficient in biotin it is very easy to correct through diet. Again taking extra biotin does not add a hair growth benefit beyond what your baseline would be.

The main concern with Minoxidil use in pregnancy is its systemic absorption, which could potentially affect the developing foetus.
