Как-то по окончанию техникума бал направлен на монтаж ТЭЦ. Зачислен в бригаду монтажников трубопроводов испарительной установки. По чертежам собирали Ду 200. После подходили сварщики и обваривали наши стыки. Вот это сварщики. Они были обвешаны электродами как матросы лентами к пулемёту Максим.

With thin metal, I use my MIG welder. If it's very thin, they learned me to slow the wire-speed, so far that the molten metal "drip" onto the workpiece. But you can start with low power, and short bursts of welding. Wait until it solidify and do the next burst. In this way you don't create extra holes.

I m not no professional, but at 1:10 mark wield isnt it running a little hot? The wield looks good but at the top and bottom of the bead it looks like it bushed the steal away making it weak at both points just a question?

Muy buena la enseñanza.

rule #1 Never weld rust on rust.. always clean the surfaces to bare metals... otherwise it will be a weak weld and fail.

Looks like an old leaf spring. Underbead weld cracking and blue embrittlement garaunteed failure of weld in all heat effected zone....

@@wheresthej03 certain steel alloys can't be welded. If you do "weld" it, it's temporary, as two dissimilar metals or tempers of metals will not bond depending on what type is to be fastened to another metal. Under the weld bead is where it will separate and fail.

@@wheresthej03 I work full time in the trailer service industry and it really has the look of an old broken leaf from a spring. Slight curve, rounded edges, and about 1.75"wide. It can work for now but won't for long.

@@eduffy4937 i got to ask. If you have 1/8 steel, do you want to use 3/32 rod or 1/8? I have an old miller thunderbolt with the crank adjust on the top.

@@user-jz5mb1th1r я не сварщик, но виды визуальной браковки по роду работы должен был знать. И это без приборной проверки качества сварного шва.

If using flux core welding and use other gass . It's omitted . Only flux core with no additional gass for extra protection on the weld . Slag should fall off with no chipping hammer. Or little chipping hammer. Ok no hammering needed slag should fall off . I'm back to music. Cool vid .

If you want good welds, don't weld rusty poorly prepared metal.

rust does not effect stick welding as much as MIG or something else

2nd and 3rd is a no go if it needs to be for heavy constructions your welds are badly burned in the connection between the 2 pieces. The 3rd your power is to high or you go to fast you have intakes on the side of your weld on the Iron.

It depends on what type of electrode. 6010/6011 should be whipped above the work piece no comtact 7018/7014/6013 just run it as smooth and steady as possible

metodą MMA ładnie zespawać 1mm z innym grubszym materiałem to zadanie extremalnie trudne praktycznie niewykonalne bo 1 mm blaszkę się po prostu przedziurawi nawet używając elektrody 1.6 mm w metodzie MMA,wyjdzie to bardzo ładnie spawając metodą MIG automatem z synergią i najcieńszym drucikiem jaki jest dostępny 0.6 mm ,powinno sięt eż udać migomatem z drutem samoosłonowym metodą FCAW(mniej elegancja spoina),jesłi chodzi o drobne precyzyjne spawania cienkich elementów to tylko TIG

Швы самые обычные.Но почему такая плохая подготовка?

"Сварной"!) - Ну коль ты взялся публично демонстрировать правильную, качественную, сварку, - для начала, просто научись её выполнять соответствующим образом!) Если сварщик, на простейшем положении сварки (в данном случае "нижнем"!), с такими толщинами металла, "подрезает " шов, не говоря про катит, который для них положен, - ему надо ещё учиться и, к этому стремится! Ни в коем случае не хотел обидеть! Но это сварка первокурсника СПТУ.

Что вы докопались до человека. Он на краги хочет заработать. Просто сваркой ещё не может. Но ведь старается!

Si parte appoggiando l ' elettrodo sul metallo per fare il contatto di fusione per poi subito alzarlo un poco qualche millimetro , poi bisogna a secondo della potenza di fusione allargare o restringere la fusione , ma allora entra in campo l ' arte del mestiere .

Scusa no non è perfetta , ti faccio notare : che in principio la saldatura e troppo grossolana , poi non è distesa liscia , e infine termina con come sfuocata , cioè non accompagnata pari pari come il resto , insomma un brusco termine di fusione .
