To think Patrick Seitz the voice of Scorpion and Jiren voices Dio, and does a badass job. Dio sounds so damn calm that it's creepy. Its so weird seeing Dio in part 6 art style

He got huge deja vu of fighting Jonathan and began to lose his cool during the final fight. In comparison, with Pucci he met someone he considered an equal for the first time in his life. Which he didn't even truly have with Jonathan, whom he still resented. So these scenes are quite literally the first time Dio spoke to someone he truly appreciated as a person.
