Steve used to come into the restaurant where I worked all the time. Everyone wanted him at their table not because he was a heavy tipper or anything (I'm sure he was fine on that front) but because he was so cool to talk to and always treated the staff with respect.

I never would have expected it and I was never a wrestling fan but this has to be one of the best Hot Ones interveiws even to this day

I love how much Stone Cold proves that stereotypes are just that. He's obviously tough as nails, but he's also thoughtful, intelligent and charasmatic. I've seen almost every Hot Ones, this is a top 5 for me.

100% agree

This had the be the best season ending episode of all time and so much so maybe even best episode of all. Just seemed so pure, raw, nostalgic and humble, absolutely loved watching this episode. Hats off to you Sean & Steve thanks for an amazing episode!

Steve has some incredible stories. I havent been a fan of wrestling since my weekly ritual of watching Monday night Raw ended in middle school, but i could listen to these stories every day.

They say never meet your heroes because you'll find out they're only human. But for any kid who grew up watching wrestling in the 90's, meeting Stone Cold would be the exception to this rule.

Probably one of my favourite episodes of all time

This is such a good interview. Steve Austin is one of my favorite people. Would love to meet him one day.

I'm in my 60s now. I've been watching wrestling since the 1960s, and I'm proud to say Stone Cold was and still is my favorite wrestler.

Steve unironically makes me real proud to be a Texan. Genuine, caring, no frills, honest and a downright gentleman. Also, he's correct. To this day, people in Texas still don't use their blinkers much.
