Booker was and is still one of the OGs. Even though I am not black, I am part of the colored community. So seeing him perform on TV was always nice.

Booker T so entertaining I swear. I wish they would've had him in Halloween Resurrection instead of Busta Rhymes. That scene would've been perfect for him😂😂😂

One of the best to ever lace em up. He had a definable move set with a great rhythm, an entertaining gimmick (spinaroonie) and he was built like a demigod. BOOKER T!!!🤘💯

What these guys are describing is the attitude era. This was what the attitude era was all about. Booker T often carried a look of discontentment or anger on his face and quite naturally with him being in a 1 black male wrestler to a13 white male wrestler ratio it wasn't hard to imagine why he looked as frustrated as he did. But to find out it was all acting makes me like and respect Book 1000 times more because he paved the way, he was the sacrificial lamb whom pushed the envelope of black male pro wrestlers from the 21st century into the new millennium(And Booker did it with etiquacy keeping it respectable, masculine and he's one of the few black male entertainers who didn't let Hollywood or fame EMASCULATE him like a lot of the other black male role models in entertainment, inparticularly the WWE's portrayal of Kofi Kingston with his on again off again feminized character, along with the other black male wrestlers). I respect him (Booker-T)and I love his humble side he's top 10 in terms of countering the rock in promos and as a black wrestling hero

I always thought booker was a bit underrated, but I guess that just happens sometimes. He had skill, style and a great attitude. Whenever I would play a WWE game, scissor kick was one of my favorite finishers. And the spinarooni was the most excellent thing I ever witnessed in wrestling.

Goldberg drew some money but it was a 5 minute run. As far as introducing mma to wrestling you can kind of credit the godfather with his ultimate fighting machine gimmick or what ever was called. After that you of course had Ken Shamrock and Dan.

Given some of the jobbers in the HOF I wouldn’t write off the Hollywood Blondes getting in. If they ever put a feud in the HOF then Austin vs McMahon would be the first one.
