Chris Van Vliet is fast becoming the top interviewer in the industry. You know why? Because he isn't big headed, doesn't try to get himself over, doesn't think highly of himself, keeps himself in good shape but doesn't need to wear his little sisters clothing to show it, is respectful to the people he is interviewing and doesn't come across as a mark either. Hopefully we see a lot more

@@ChrisVanVlietI'm sure you are super busy and booked out Chris. I have a small request can you get Devon Larratt on for an interview? He's a fellow Canadian and an arm wrestler. The arm wrestling community is going through an unprecedented level of growth post pandemic and I had initially found out about Devon thru the Hannibal tv channel. Both fan bases have a lot in common and could appreciate both of your content. He does in person and zoom interviews often and doesn't turn down any opportunities to grow his sport. Thank you if you read this and I hope you take my comment into consideration. I even hope that some of your older retired wrestlers looking for a sport or hobby outside of wrestling could use this as an outlet for their passion for showmanship and competition.

Booker T!! 2012 he and WWE came to Richmond Virginia where I used live and he came out to wrestle I think it was Jack Swagger. This was also the year Tough Enough was brought back and Andy Levine won. Stone Cold Steve Austin was there. When the show ended my friends and I weren't really tired but wanted to do something else even though we had an early shift at Chik FIL A at the time 🙄. We drove to Waffle House thinking we were going to run into some of the guys. One by one Big Show, Booker T, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Vince came in and sat in the back. Booker T looked right at me and gave me a nod.

Chris you are putting a lot of these interviewers to shame. Like one comment said (he beat me to it lol) that you don't come off as a mark, not big headed and trying to put yourself over. Lots of respect to you. Keep on doing the good work.

I don't know what it is but I kind of enjoy the high quality camera setup with a dynamic background like that over just a curtain or studio. Feels at odds, in an interesting way.

Oddly enough, my favorite booker matches are with batista and Mysterio! That Austin and goldie stuff was so funny though, then the takerrroonie thing almost worked.
