If you use hot water to add to the hummus, it creams up even easier!

You can save the liquid from the chickpeas and use it as your liquid in the hummus.

@@TheWyomingHomestead The high temp here was about 80F. We live in far SE Oklahoma. We get very little snow. The most we have ever gotten at any one time was a foot and a half. It closed school for a week. The most we get is a couple of inches normally.
