I absolutely love that you mentioned saving the strawberry container to reuse for gardening. I reuse so many different containers for seed starting and potting on larger plants.

The Fruit Truck ad came across my Facebook feed a couple weeks ago. I wasn't familiar with it and so did not go up to Missoula. Now I wish I had. Did you say the company brings other fruit at other times? If so, I think I will check it out.

Oh bummer! That’s ok though they usually do a Palisade Peach delivery and cherries during the summer so not to worry there are more opportunities this summer 😊

I know you mentioned your chickens for the tops, but if you are a tea drinker, I dehydrate my tops and then use them for tea during the winter. You get a really nice strawberry flavor.

Those are pint containers so 12 for 30 is a deal. At the cheapest in my area is 2.98 a pint , but if those are organic that would be 5.98 a pint which makes 30$ a steal.

You got a great price! I live in Louisiana and we have lots of strawberry farmers in my area. Last season the best price I could find was $30 for 9 pints. Seems a flat has shrunk here from 12 to 9 pints. Inflation😞.

Wow that is amazing! Thank you so much for being here 😊 In Walmart ours are usually by the cojita cheese in the deli meat section usually tucked away on a bottom shelf. Our Kroger also carries them. My family members just recently found them in North Carolina so there is a chance they will be in Florida 😊

Those Strawberries were a great price.... 12 cartons at $30 that's only $2.50 a carton. Here in NV our strawberries are pricey $4.50 - $5 a carton

Bummer they don’t come to Ohio 🫤 we do have a truck that comes with assorted citrus in winter then in the summer they have peaches. We do have farms in my area where we can pick strawberries though. Recipes look delicious. Thanks for sharing.
