T-62M-1 is a pretty good looking tank

The T-62M was one of the most pleasant tanks I’ve played, very well rounded tank it’s not anything special but it’s pretty good overall

T55am1 is op but so is this thing, because this thing pretty much has mini mango at 8.7 and stupid armor, it just has a slow turret and reload, if those were faster than it would be a bigger death machine

@@CrustaceanAllergyEnjoyer The terror of if the T-62M had a quicker reload and turret traverse would be immense. Though since the T-55AM is lower tier, it's a bit more threatening, since downtiers will be shivering in terror.

The 3BM28 is far superior. Its a long rod penetrator (which is modelled in War Thunder as Long Rods gains 100mm extra pen over Short Rod or something like that). This round in IRL is also a Depleted Uranium round. The Turret Armour of the T62 combined with the Eyebrow Composite armour is superior to the T55AM1s armour as the T62 has 200mm uniformly thick all the way round when the T55 only has 200mm turret armour either side of the gun but only 140mm where the Composite Armour is. The T62M1 would have been the better tank to be the old top tier premium IMHO

Yee. The T-62 has more firepower. In real life, the T-55 is really nothing good compared to the T-62, the T-62 is better in everyway. It was the first tank to have APFSDS, and had more firepower than 90% of Western tanks in its time. That 115-mm was very ugly to face back in the day as a tank, but as an infantry, it's equally ugly to face till this day. Don't get me wrong,. the T-55 was a real good tank in its time, with loads of potential. But its age makes its potential far less than the T-62 which is a main-battle-tank, unlike the T-55's origin: the T-54 medium tank.

@@taelorpickel2830 The only thing that the T-55 was doing better than the T-62 in its original form was mobility. The T-62 engine was beginning to be a little just to move it with its additional weight. The T-62 was seen as a bit sluggish in comparison. However, this was corrected in the M variant with its improved engine.

It’s a decent tank. Better round than the t-64/72 so it works well when you move up to a 9.3 lineup. It’s armor is also about the same as the T-64A which is ok

what I see is a very luscious target for those hot shot pilots in Ground RB...

You should do a stock to spaded on the T32E1, its basically the T32 but with less weakspots and better armor

1° depression is fully worth it. the is-6 with 3° is such a pain, even when u think the ground is flat, you can‘t hit the enemy

Gonna be honest as a US main it is pain when i see this thing at 7.7 or 8.0. Then again seeing the t55am-1 is also painful as well as the turn 3. And planes, but thats just cause im a cas magnet no matter what br or country i play

What are these down tiers your speak of in your videos, I rarely .3 or .4 up tier it is normally a full br. I am getting tired of 9/10 being a full up tier

When you said that its not as mobile as t55a but t62m1 is supposed to have better power to weight ratio by 0.3

It has a crazy APFSDS round, the 3BM28 is really great so I use it for uptiers in my 8.7 lineup

I cringed at 0:25 when he said .4 br increase. I haven't heard anybody say anything except .3 br increase / decrease. I didn't need to be reminded that br values don't increase linearly

8.7 BR itself where it constantly UP-tiered is not enjoyable to play.

Avarge type 16 fps player rushes the enemy spawn dies in 5 seconds and repeats.

No such thing as a full downtier when i play

had this thing for a while ,actually buy a talisman on it to grind the rest of top tier USSR. Gotta say this thing is a blast if you get down tier. You get the best APFSDS for the BR, Laser Rangefinder, a frontal armor that is some what trolly for low tier APFSDS, and APDS is just kill itself when it hit the armor. However, once it get uptiered. Shit is just not fun anymore, even at slight uptier. Anything from 9.0 and above is way better than you, better mobility, thermal sight, better APFSDS that will chew through your armor like nothing. Would i recommend it to someone who want to grind the USSR techtree? ABSOLUTELY NOT, the T-55AM1 is better. But would i recommend it to someone who are dead tired of top tier bullshit and just want to sit around, drinking tea while point and click? yes.

This tank is terrible. Its better than the regular T62 but its still terrible. Both T62 and T62M have to be played akin to the IS2 but without the armor the IS2 enjoys at its BR. You are slow in the T62. The T62M is slightly better. Your gun has an infernaly low reload speed at 8.3-8.7. Its almos double that of western tanks at that BR and its a manual loader. So if your loader dies the reload gets interrupted and will be insufferably low for the rest of your lifespan. The armor is positively useless. APFSDS is the main ammo people run at that BR and it will go right through. So basically you are worse off at its BR than the IS2 adjusted for BR. You are always in second line since you dont have the armor or mobility to be a frontliner and you certainly lack the reload speed to be a frontline brawler or flanker. You are always a support gun for more capable tanks. You shoot, you hide and wait for the infernaly long reload, you shoot again. You cant spearhead and you cant flank. The moment you are caught alone you will die since everybody knows that it takes centuries for you to reload.
