Jill, I am a newbie to bead weaving. I have to tell you that you are an excellent teacher for beginners. I know you have been doing this for ages, and you are on a level a newbie can only dream of...yet, you know how to simplify and clarify things to a new beader that many experienced beaders lost sight of long ago. Curious if it's possible to do peyote stitch directly onto fabric?

Question? I can't seem to keep the thread controlled. I am using some transparent beading thread that I bought. What kind of thread is best to start with. I was using the delica beads 11/0 and is so tiny and the thread kept getting twisted. My husband looked at me being frustrated and later suggested I practice with perler fuse beads as they are gigantic compared to the delica beads, but the same shape. I think maybe tomorrow I'll hunt some up and try that, just lo give my clumsy fingers a break. I can use regular thread because the holes are so big in the fuse beads. (Regular thread wouldn't go through the delica beads with my needle) I did try that.

Hello Jill Wiseman I'm making a netting bracelet with stretchy string 0.5mm and I've rand out who do I add on more?make using 11/0 seed beads and bugles.

Doing it wide now and since I’m new to beading it looks weird for a clasp with the sticky outies. Do you have any idea for me or a previous video?

Hello, can a peyote pattern be used on a bead loom

Hello Jill, Thank you for your video tutorials. You have the best tutorials ever! I am working on my first peyote project. It is a simple ring:- with flat, even count peyote. stitches. I know I do not have the right needle nor the right thread-it is hard to get it here My work does not have the nice "body" it is a bit too loose . Could this be because I am not using the right neede/thread? Does your web-shop delivers to Europe as well? Kind regards, Gabriella

I can't seem to find your video on making the cheat for peyote stitch that I think your mom used it was a ladder stitch base

Question. In your other video about reading even count peyote patterns you said you pick up your first 2 rows at the same time. Then you start your 3rd row but, here I see you starting 1 row then beginning your second row. I am throughly confused. Please help.

Is there a drawback to making the first row 6 inches long for the length and then doing the width? Thanks Jill, Heather Rutherford

The bead board I use in the videos is WONDERFUL! It's from www.beadonitboards.com . I have about 8 of them now in all different sizes. My favorite to start out with is the 8x11 though. We'll be having a giveaway of one in January, so stay tuned!

Having learned the square stitch first, I'm feeling cheated by how straight forward this stitch is.

I think you should have showed us how u fixed that stopper bead instead of just saying how you did. Cos sm of us are beginners watching.
