What's so messed up about this is this is most likely how the relationship between White and Pink was. Pink being the youngest was probably White's favorite. When Yellow and Blue were off colonizing planets, White would probably go to Pink and play these games with her as if she was her own personal toy that she considered to belong only to her.

I remember having a dream where I was Pink, I wasn't allowed to talk to lower life forms except my Pearl and the Diamonds were so controlling, then White always turned up in her ship when I went to visit Earth every time I did something wrong, I got put in a punishment room and couldn't come out for a while. Then three times, the Diamonds kept getting controlled by White. This was before I watched Change Your Mind or anything to do with the Diamonds as I had only seen Yellow and Blue. White's image was actually similar to my dream image and I couldn't believe it when Change Your Mind turned out to be very similar to my dream. That's the reason I still love Pink over the Spinel fiasco, I've felt her pain. I know what she feels like and why she abandoned Spinel. The real reason is she wanted to be grown up so bad and get a colony, and act like the other Diamonds as she couldn't help being childish. She wanted to change that and did a very good deed by leaving Spinel instead of breaking her emotionally. Spinel would have been shattered if the Diamonds saw she was no longer needed by Pink, so Pink did a good thing.

I like your idea a lot, but suddenly scratching anything that would have had a negative effect on pink would be... rather strange writing. Something bothered her. Rebecca sugar said once they wanted to keep pink a morally grey character, so yes, she could be bratty and delusional, but they have to make up to it somehow if they don’t want pink to reveal herself as a villain

Considering Pink is as far as we know the only Diamond White gave a pet name to, I wouldn't be surprised if they at least had a complex relationship. Definitely something I'm looking forward to them exploring in the future. White's line about how she doesn't need Pink in the season finale in particular caught my interest because while it sounds incredibly cold and callous, to me it also sounds rehearsed. Like it's something White's spent a long time convincing herself about.

I’ve been very ill with various health problems my entire life and my parents (I like to call them White and Yellow) manipulate my sister Blue to think I’m making it up. I’m 25 and in America, there’s no hope for you if your family doesn’t choose to take care of you. There’s just “not enough evidence” to get me help. The police literally told me to just “forgive my mom” when I told them I thought she sexually abused me. Sadly, the world is filled with slothful maniacs who’s rather believe in the fantasy of a just world than looking around them and believing they’re responsible for others’ suffering that they ignored. Thanks replying. I literally feel manipulated to hate myself and kill myself based on her smear campaign. That’s why Pink is my favorite character. Not even Steven is as good as her. That’s what I say to love myself.

This is well-drawn and well animated. I hope you do a continuation to this, maybe include blue and yellow. It would make sense they convinced white to let pink have her own colony as a way to get her away from this. Or maybe her insistence on getting more responsibility was just a cover to get as far away from White as possible.

Neither Freak Ultima But if she gets destroyed, then the corrupted gems can’t get healed. The whole point of going to home world was to explain to White that pink was not shattered and the corrupted gems need assistance. If white were to be shattered, it would create more harm.

It’s nice that you essentially created two universe, with White as the one determining which one we’re on, the resentful and motherly White in one universe and the psychopath in the other.
