My condolences on your son and daughter...., I been a Subcriber since way back and I learned way more from watching your videos even the work boots with the mink oil how to do that the proper way keeping them maintained. Also the saddle soap works great and works great with other leather I own such as my knife sheaths and even a little oil has made the knife sheaths keeps them very maintained.thank you for your great content. 👍👍🍻🍻

So sorry to hear about the loss of your children. I can't imagine the pain that must bring, sending well wishes to the rest of your family from Dublin, Ireland.

This video has blessed me. I came here just for a refresher course on shining shoes but ended up meeting one of the strongest, most encouraging ppl ever! I mean here I am wallowing in self pity over pretty much nothing and this man has the weight of the world in his heart yet he still presses on. Thank you sir for the refresher course but thank you for the life lesson also. I am truly grateful 🙏🏽

I want to send our condolences on the death of your beloved son and your precious daughter. The worse emotional pain a person can endure is the death of a loved one, but the extreme worse is for a parent to lose a child to death. Because it's not supposed to happen, that's the reason there is no dictionary word for it. For example, you become a widower or widow when a marriage mate dies. When a child loses a parent or both the words are fatherless, motherless, and orphan. It was nice to see you smiling, doing what you are excellent at in shining shoes, and teaching the techniques to others and future generation of shoe shiners.

I am SO extremely sorry Ernie. My mom had cancer. She passed away 13 years ago. It is such a void and so very sad. So very sorry about your daughter. My heart hurts for you and your losses. I love your videos. I don't shine my own stuff. But I would be happy to donate money or maybe buy some stuff from you and you could send them to someone that shines or that needs them?
