In India, bypass is truly very cheap. Even if you are foreign national, the cost is hardly 5000-5500$

Hi Sir, my father had undergone angiography yesterday and here is his report says: 1. Type III vessel, proximal 99% stenosis, followed by 100% total occlusion. It fills via collaterals from RCA. 2. OMI Proximal 80% stenoiss. Its multivessle blockage with 2 blockages in LAD. We need to decide between Angioplasty Vs CABG. His age is 61, with no comorbidity & very active lifestyle. Please suggest Sir.

Good morning sir, My Dad is 57 Years Old. After his Angiography reports doctor has recommended him to go with Bypass Surgery. But as he is a High Diabetic patient (Since Last 15 Years taking Insulins twice a day) along with high BP we choose to go with Angioplasty as Bypass would be much Painful & Post Bypass conditions can be fatal for him. My Dad also has Triple Vessel Diseases with Tropie Score: 8.13 & CP Chem Score: 39.0 As of now the Angioplasty Surgery has been performed successfully today. But after going through your Video I am a bit worried. 2 Stents , 3 Ballons, 1 Catheter , 2 Guide Wires are placed in the patient's body during operation. Please give your opinion as if it was a right choice made by us or Not. & if Not that what's the best we can do as of now. Our Total operation Cost was around 4.2 Lakhs.

Whatever was done, is the right thing. Once you decided on something and got it done, stick by it. Time for a second opinion is before the procedure and not after.

@@cardiacsecondopinion2880 Ok Sir, The 1st Hospital (Govt Hospital where his Angiography was done they wrote a remark saying he is having TVD so recommended for Bypass. After I got him discharge from there & admitted him in a Private hospital the MD there said that he isn't having TVD but he's having a DVD. The Remus was having 40 percent blockage which he told to be cured with the help of Medicines. So in the short the 2nd (Private hospital) clarifies that 1st Hospital (Goverment) didn't read the Case properly & suggested for Surgery (to be done by MS). The 2nd (Private) hospital suggestion for Angioplasty was given by MD & the same was performed later.

I lost my father with same presentation. Before presentation, doctor suggested to admit my father on Monday but once Presentation was done , doctor ask her secretory to push to admit on Saturday itself. We were trapped in doctor's sweet voice. They did all test in 2 days and then surgery was planned on Monday as they were happy with the Reports. Surgery time which doctor was telling for 2 HRs end in 10 Hrs. My Father was unconscious for 3 weeks with No improvement at all. Till the time we have Corporate Insurance, they kept the Bed in front of them. The day we give them Army Card, next day my Father was declared dead.

@@Youu12321 No attack earlier, but 3years back he felt uneasy then we take him to Rewari hospital, they told nothing serious but better to undergo surgery there is 60% blockage. But when we discussed with doctor for surgery after 3 years he was normal but to avoid last minute risk, we want the operation. In Paras Hospital Be careful to get operated there, operation was done so carelessly but they will not let u feel all this in starting. One person will come to you and explain about different type of valves and try to sell u the one which has more margin and he will push it upto large extent,I forgot his name right now

Not for all patients, it will be possible only a 1-2% of patients. Those 1-2% are the individuals where there is so much calcium that there is no other true modality to improve.
