Rule of thumb 1. Eat only when you are hungry 2. Drink 1 glass of water 1 hr before eating and 1 hr after eating. 3. Do not eat with full stomach, leave some space for water and air 4. Stay away from menda and oily food 5. 24 hr Nurjara fasting once a month 6. After eating sit in Vagrasana for 10 minutes 7. After Vagrasana slow (tahelna) for 20 minutes 8. Walk bare foot on grass or Soil in the morning. 9. Eat dry fruits 10. Drink 1 full glass of warm water in the morning before brush THESE ARE 10 COMMANDMENTS FOR HEALTHY LIFE ,JUST FOLOW AND SEE THE REDULTS IN 2 MONTHS

I'm working woman isiliye at morning 8am may heavy breakfast kerti hu aur 3pm may heavy lunch kerti hu aur 4pm may tea leti hu no sugar, khajur ka jaggery use kerti hu at night no any meal. Jab say ye routine suru kiya mera chronic gut disease slowly thik ho reha hai. Sixteen hours fasting is best for gut health. Lakin ye aged people key liye acha hai ku ki age key sath hamra digestion system slow ho jata hai. Again Thank you Doc. for ur valuable suggestion about gut health. 🙏😊
