डां. साहब, मै गोरखपुर निवासी हूँ । मै एक हृदय रोग डाक्टर की देखरेख मे दवा ले रहा हूँ किन्तु इस बीच मेरा BP/सुगर सही या डाउन रहने लगा है जिसके कारण एकाएक क्षणिक चक्कर सा हो जा रहा है । यह कार्डियो एरेस्ट का लक्षण है या BP/सूगर down होने के कारण हो रहा है । नींद अच्छी आती है और सूगर बढने पर कुछ अधिक मेहनत कर देने पर सीने मे दर्द होता है ।

Dr sb, i am feeling shortness of breath, confusion and felling disconnected. I have quit smoking for around 1 week now. I am suspicious if i have some heart issue or any artery block god forbid. I got my ecg done which was fine. I got my chest xray done which was fine. I can walk and jog good but when i am relax, then i feel palpitation and shortness of breath. I am not diabetic nor i jave blood pressure issues. I am 41 male.
