Every now and then I go back and watch all the Stellaris trailers. While I like the sandbox nature of the game I kind of wish all the trailers formed a connected story. I know that usually trailers associated with specific expansions are linked, but I'd like to see it continue throughout the various expansions.

All that is left to do now is make a new-game+ start where, after you ascend your empire it becomes a fallen one and the cycle begins anew with you as an FE. The galaxy restarts with you having to perform tasks to reawaken.

This is easily the best trailer you have made. Apocolypse gives me goosebumps everytime but the storytelling in this is phenomenal really incredible. To a point i almost want a singleplayer story campaign. I know its silly its not that kind of game but these voice snippets are too good to be used only in trailers

The next big thing: A real economy with cargoships, free enterprise vs communists and so on. I thinke stellaris will never be finished ^^

@@julonkrutor4649 To be fair, it's a paradox game, always improving, always being patched until a sequel. Perfect Example, Crusader Kings 2. It had what...70+ pieces of DLC? And it only stopped because crusader kings 3 was released. No, I think we will see stellaris DLC until Stellaris 2: electric Boogaloo

There's something about this coming off as clips of News reels is very cool.

"Trillions dead" To be fair a trillion people is only about 90 pops (Each one is about 1.1 billion from what I read on Paradox). I usually purge that much every year after 300 years.

Too bad there isn't news audio dialogue like these within the game. "Our fearless leader takes notice as war erupts amongst our neighbors." "The Economic crisis has experts predicting financial collapse within the year." "Tensions rise as starvation grips a sector of the empire." "These and more stories coming up." "We interrupt this broadcast to bring you breaking news: our emperor has died."

I can't be the only one who really, *really*, *REALLY* wants the music used in this trailer. This might remain my favorite Stellaris trailer for a long time because of it. On its other merits, though, it doesn't slouch either; great visual shots, a nice feature rundown, excellent voice acting, and a real whammy of a story to go with it.

I love how carefully this expansion was thought out. First you beat the crisis and then you become the crisis yourself.

Rewatching Bab5 and the Vorlons just began their campaign of destruction in time for this launch.

This is a really cool way to show off the mechanics

Then there's that one inward perfectionist empire that's just like "You guys nearly wiped out the galaxy, dissolved the senate, and started another Galactic civil war and we *still* don't care!"

Wish they would use more of this trailer art in the game! I have a mod that makes scenes into loading screen, but still.

What would be a cool feature is actual news updates or threads talking about the decisions you make or made for your empire....... like how it does it in this trailer.

Marketing team OP They consistently make hit trailers for every major DLC. There are very very very few games I go back and watch the trailers for but damn, I go back and watch the stellaris trailers pretty often.

Had a long session of Nemesis. It feels like the last piece of the puzzle Stellaris needed. This is the game I think I dreamed of playing when I was messing around with MOO2 in the 1990s.

This... has been one of paradox's biggest advantages: they know how to make the audience shiver with goosebumps

I loved the voice acting on this one.

I feel like an Unbidden invasion in the lore galaxy would be like Command and Conquer 3, where the aliens invaded earth and GDI and Nod only fought them because they were literally in the middle of the battlefields so they were getting in the way lol
