I'm not surprised she has such awesome taste in music!

It's the stories that people tell about their choices that makes this program. A nostalgic history of that person's life. Both the happy and sad memories.

She seems to have gotten the best of both her parents personalities.

Paul and Linda have 4 wonderful children. Talented, down to earth, what hands on parenting can do. Stella is such an incredible designer. An artist in her own right.

One of my favourite What's In My Bag's! Most are artists who give your a run down of their influences (which is the intention obviously) but Stella gives us the soundtrack to her upbringing and - considering her parentage - down-to-earth attitude. Love it!

Bends95 ..... my dad was a very prolific artist in all mediums. Started painting at 14 and never stopped until he painted his las at 89. All while being a career navigator. I get how when you grow up with it that it’s sort of not a big deal until you’re an adult and can understand the drive and passion. I miss him terribly. How awesome to be part of the McCartney dynasty now. Lots of supportive relatives. Nothing could be better.

Haven't seen this one and I'm blown away by how Stella seems to be a very, very nice person. The story about Pet Sounds and how God Only Knows reminds her of her mom and makes her want to cry just hit right in the feelings. Linda and Paul did an amazing job with their kids.

The kinda person everybody can hang with having good times...STELLAAAA!

Her music & fashion tastes are impeccable, she's also a strong and beautiful woman, what else could you ask for! She's an inspiration

Is she strong? Is it important for women to be strong & beautiful? Do people only count when they ate strong and beautiful? You are fooled by confidence. A lot of people have confidence based upon financial security. Really it's just a confidence that you have enough cash. You are free from having to work because you must in order to feed children or make ends meet.

crypttonite I think she comes at it naturally. Look at her parents. Neither were slackers or quitters. Paul’s high energy sort of demands everyone to fall in step, but Linda’s gentle nature but strong nurturing balanced Paul’s Ever Ready batteries. Linda was not a passive person. She worked her butt off raising four kids ( five including Paul, said in a very affectionate way).

Alex D. da Silva I agree, But I see it more as emotional maturity. She’s very attractive.. I’ve never seen an interview with her. She needs more camera time promoting her designs and creations. My bucket list would to have one of her creations in my closet. My son has all my Beatles and Wings albums. The only thing left is a Poster of “Wings over Europe” in Zurich in 72. I talked a very good looking Austrian guy to lift me on his shoulders so I could reach it. I hope to have it framed soon. That was the first time I had seen Linda, and she looked like an angel with her blonde hair glowing from the stage lights. Gosh, I was only 17. Seems like yesterday.

Excellent taste in music, and there is an intelligence there. It should be noted with respect that when Sir Paul married her mother he did not marry an ornament, Linda was not the most beautiful girl in the world, but she was a working woman, and artist in her own right, so kudos to Paul for following his own drummer in that respect.

What a true and passionate person Stella is. She has that true passion in how she speaks, really nice too see this episode.

Band on the run is one of my favourite albums.

You can tell she's a lovely soul.

Wow. I knew almost nothing other than the obvious about Stella, so I looked her up when I started playing this video and saw that she was a fashion designer. Thought, "If not for her famous heritage, we wouldn't be hearing from a fashion designer." But I was so pleasantly surprised by how deeply she thinks and _feels_ about music. To my surprise, this was one of my fave WIMB ever. ❤

A beautiful collection and share, and she's such a talented and lovely person. Her Dad's personality appears just at the end with her "okaaay!". ;) Charming. All this time later it's not fair she lost her Mom so early on. Linda seemed like the coolest and most loving human going.
