I like Mary with longer hair - it is very flattering. She is lovely, smart, beautiful, kind, talented. Way out of my league.

Mine too....I'd be too intimidated to even be in the same room with her. I also love the shoulder-length hair.

I own two Linda McCartney photo prints. She is perhaps one of most underrated photographer of the 20th c. I highly recommend her series of cookbooks as well~great food, all economically priced to create, which is good news given the high price of US groceries in 2023. I so look forward to this new book.

Great interview. Being a photographer I would love to hear more questions to her about techniques and so forth. That last question was great, I'm of the age where I used 35mm and now do digital and I came into digital kicking and screaming. But from a cost standpoint it cant be beat but I liked her going to the ghosted reference. Every great digital picture I get is a hollow victory for me. Great video! Thank you so much for sharing.

Linda's talent has been brought to light through her kids. Her photos were amazing, as were the cooking books. Quite a feat at a time when vegetarianism was on the fringe. I don't think Mary is particularly talented in photography, but her cooking is interesting.

@RosemarysBaby1958. Mary is the little baby in Paul's coat on the cover of the McCartney solo album 1970. You are getting confused with Heather,Linda's daughter from her first marriage.

What a "Classy Lady" as well as a solid Pro in her field of Photography. My favorite endearment which draws me towards Mary, is that she's so very "Authentic and down to earth." She doesn't appear to be at all pretentious..... a very lovely person as well as being a very lovely soul....:). Bravo! I pray that at some point, is she hasn't done so already, that she will fully surrender to Jesus for her Salvation... just as each of us are called by God to do. It is the single most important decision any human being can ever make...... Period.... By contrast, her Dad Paul, (as an occupational hazard and mishap) always seems to be "Performing" even in interviews...... whereas Mary is "just her lovely self...." Very different and very refreshing...... Ted Schempp, Nashville.

The few times I've seen Eastman taking photographs I can never get over that fact that she takes her hand off the focus ring, very strange.and showing her very little training.

Which year was this interview?! Mary was so different then. Smart and relaxed. Something must have happened in between...beside time passing. Mary is today very nervous, anxious, suspicious of everyone.

Linda was a groupie with a camera...which was usually empty. It was well known at the time. Because she married Paul of course she is considered a "great artist" when her work is rather ordinary.

Very true-although I did liked her wk-she used her camera/photography to get close to musicians...her wealthy childhood past made her unfazed buy famous celebrities which made her easy to be around....plus PM is a narcissists who benefited greatly by marrying Linda because her father was a huge lawyer to famous musicians just as he was splitting frm The Beatles.....
