• Ingredients: steamed buns stuffed with pork and green chinese onion.
All-purpose flour or high-protein flour 500 grams, 0:26,
Yeast 5 grams, 0:36,
Water 300 grams, 0:36,
Streaky pork fillings 600 grams, 1:15,
Ginger pieces 20 grams, 1:18,
Pepper powder half spoon, 1:31,
Oyster oil half spoon, 1:34,
Light soy sauce 3 spoons, 1:38,
Dark soy sauce 1 spoon, 1:51,
Oil 1 spoon, 2:03,
Green chinese onion pieces 500 grams, 2:22,
Oil 4 spoons, 3:06,
Salt proper amount, 3:21,
• Let the dough rise till it is twice the size. Then knead it again to push the air out. With this amount of flour, we can make 12 steamed buns. And the fillings here is enough for making 24. After finish wrapping, let it rise for 10 mins and then put it in steaming pot. Add cold water in pot and heat it with medium heat. Start timing after the water is boiling and steam it for about 20 mins.

这个不是很了解,南方特色美食还是接触的少。

有猪肉,有大葱,有面粉,不做都不可以了。 当晚就做了。第一次成功发面做了大包子。半夜2点忍不住吃了一个。水减了30克。跟着配方比例,多了一半的馅儿。今天再发点面,把剩下的包了。

中餐不好规定啊,除了盐,多点少点无所谓。

大葱长的和山东人一样高大
