Oh man! That is a very tasty looking meal right there. Simple to make and a serve yourself when you want more is perfect. Also is a healthy way of cooking the veggies and steak or chicken. I love the street tacos (small and easy to handle) they have at the grocery store(Publix in our area). Gotta have this tomorrow!

I think it's a fantastic way of cooking fajitas. My comment is that "Fajita" in Spanish means "Little Skirt." I would recommend Skirt steak over flank stake, which is excellent for "Carne Asada." Skirt steak is from the diaphragm, Carne Asada is also made from that but more from the "Lomo" or Loin part, many times flank part. Regardless, as always, nice video.
