Being fit and busy is hard but it’s not impossible.
The people that manage to have it figured out often have a different way that they think.
They find solutions to their busy schedule instead of making excuses.
They don’t believe exercise is torture it’s often how they find their strength and maintain their sanity.
They don’t erratically diet and hate their bodies, they do the best they can to preserve it.
Unless you’re a professional athlete your environment isn’t built to facilitate you being in amazing shape, but with some small tweaks to work around your schedule you can there.

    I love the point of "having the whole day" to come up with excuses. The more events, the more 'inspiration' that lazy side gets. Not only from the stories I tell about hectic events, but even that one about the lazy side itself! All I can do is deprive the lazy side, which is done by not telling (myself or sympathetic company)/(Hearing {the fatigue} without) believing such stories, so that it has less to work with.
