I think Joel got everyone with the statues. When he revealed the truth, it was a real "Oh Snappers" moment. I genuinely thought that Etho actually made them. Good job Beans, probably the best prank this season.

I’ve been blaming Gem!

Joel is quickly becoming my favorite hermit. His editing and humor has always been great, but you can feel the extra effort that he's put in since starting hermitcraft. I feel like everyone is really upping their editing game this season. From Mumbo's title cards, Bdub's evolving cinematic aesthetic, and Scar's transitions, there's just some elevated production quality.

So uh, there may be a raid waiting for you when you get back. Grian sent a whole bunch of people to your base as some kind of Grian-esque auction; and someone may or may not have had the Bad Omen effect when they arrived, which triggered a raid off your new villager breeder. It's probably nothing.
