    Wow, I did the static hold with the bridge flow workout…oh the burn and the shaking!! Both workouts were amazing and I loved doing them together.

    this is such a unique and amazing workout definitely going to do it every day for couple of weeks it will help with doing the non static weight exercises better especially those triceps
