I've been watching SNL for like 40 years now. I can't remember a time when I was more sure of what the cold open would be. I watched the real speech for like 30 seconds, and I was already 100% sure it would be the cold open.

One of the best SNL intros ever. Scarlett Johansson nailed Katie Brit and actually was no more bizarre than Katie herself. So much better looking than Sarah Huckabee Sanders but just as weird. Perhaps the GOP should preview these little ditties before releasing them to the public.

Yeah I literally couldn't wait for 11:30 p.m. Eastern. And I haven't really been watching SNL lately it really hasn't turned me on much, some of their stuff has been online and I laughed but this, I just knew I had to be there in person watching it live. I was in tears laughing at a lot of this. I tried watching the original Katie Karen Brit, but I really couldn't watch it, it was really really making my skin crawl it was so so bad😂

As soon as Katie Britt came out, I could tell right away that it was Scar-Jo. But as the skit continued, the features that allowed me to recognize Scar-Jo as the actress began to fade, until all I could see was Katie Britt. She absolutely nailed it!
