As a fountain pen user, things like material, custom nib grind, and hand-crafting all contribute to some very expensive pens. I am amazed that someone would dare take a pen like that around to work with them, but I am also a uni student with no money, sooooo ... I guess ? @@musicauthority7828 It was a centuries old typo that substituted b into h. Tens of millions of people in many part of Europe use ahcdefg. (Not made easier by our infatuation with c major, which makes it harder to see the order of the letters and easier to accept h just being among many. Even taking into account that I'd played piano since 5 years old and taken theory since 7, I think I didn't acknowledge that the letters were supposed to be in alphabetical order until maybe when I was 20 or so.)

I teach at a middle school, and we can't effectively police the rest rooms (fear of sexual harassment complaints, for real), but we had lots of complaints of harassment against TG students. So we opened the faculty restrooms to them (only room for one each), took down the men/women signs, and replaced them with "Whichever" signs. I am very proud of my school, not so much for this action (it came too late, and we do need to police the restrooms somehow) but for our huge LGBTQ program, which makes it truly ok to be out, but we let he TG kids down for too long. We addressed it in the end though with a very assertive new principal who would not tolerate bigotry of any kind.

Beena Plumber My school has a lot of issues with transgender students. The teachers and faculty are amazing and are very supportive, but students, not so much. I’ve been sexually harassed and bullied for being trans, which is why I never use public restrooms. Many other trans people often have the same experience. Sexual harassment and verbal bullying is unfortunately very common and I was unaware that the way many treated trans people, especially trans women, was very inappropriate because I thought it was common. I’m glad I live in an area where adults believe in my rights, but I’ve yet to trust my classmates

What really confused me about Ken Paxton is that he was already under investigation heading into indictment when he was originally elected? I NEVER voted for him and NEVER will because I've always found it hard to reconcile being the state's top law enforcement official while being investigated/ indicted for crime(s).
