After my construction company ruins down with over $900k in dept. I overheard about Governmental Grants, so I started making my research about it and how it works. After series of research, I later hire a Governmental Grant Writer and narrated all my story to him. We started all the process, and it took about a month before I was later approved and awarded a Governmental Grant of $2 million. I cleared up my dept in other to keep my credit in good state and I venture into trucking business. I'm doing perfectly well for myself now and having the most peaceful moment ever. I have a question, I’m trying to start a life coach business to help other people who are going through difficult times deal with their problems through mentorship but I need a small grant to help me started. Hey David, I have a small business that I have been working on for 10 years. It is now just starting to take off. I am cash flowing but either a large grant or low interest loan would help me expand much faster. I work in the rural market. I help process the spent grains from distilleries and turn them into human food. I don't have any experience going for grants. I was wondering what the best place to look for a loan or grant in this market. Would the food supply chain guarantee loan be the best?

Thanks for the info. I am an executive assistant of over 25 years experience. Could you suggest a grant specific or even close to my job skills? I’ve worked in several unrelated industries, but feel I could qualify for many just because of my broad base skill set. Is there a grant for helping to administrate grants? Curious minds follow your inspiration! Thanks again and God Bless You!

1. Small talk and business talk are important in pitching a startup. 2. A clear vision and concept are necessary for success. 3. Tough questions will be asked, and competition will be present. 4. Legal incorporation and structure are necessary for a successful company. 5. Milestones and vesting of shares are important considerations. 6. A competent team and special idea are crucial for investors. 7. Business plans may not be as important as the team and idea. 8. I have been hearing jargon explained in the video all my life, but knew little about what exactly they are. This one video made me understand all at once. Thanks for this amazing video.
This explains the mechanics really well, but actually implementing is easier said than done. Also this only really applies to tech startups that have a ridiculously high market potential (aka selling to almost every person on the planet, in some way). Great video all in all!

Many thanks for this great and educative video. I'm about commencing a new start up and this has been very timely.
Simple way of explaining a complex subject.. kudos.
Old video, but I just found it and I think 1 thing that really needs to be stressed is the growth of Non-dilutive capital options. Creating a company that has solid recurring revenue, it just doesn't make sense to give up equity for funding. There are some really cool options out there including Clearbanc, Hustle Flywheel, and FundStory (kind of like a NerdWallet to compare different options). I highly recommend founders check these options out before they give up large swathes of their business.

It's a financial market where you sell stocks (shares) of a company on ever changing prices based on how many people buy and sell shares of those companies.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

Traders should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $486k in the last six month. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

Most newbies fail simply because they don't understand how the market works in general or in particular how the market relates to stock/forex or currency pair they entering. If a retail trades doesn't grasp what the market makers are doing and when they are doing it, the greatest strategy in the world will fall. For new traders the markets are like entering an F1 race before you've passed your drivers license test. One more advantage is the possibility to benefit from repetition. Without this type of strategy, you probably won't know what worked or why it worked and even if you did, it would be hard to repeat therefore for you need a perfect mentor to teach you perfectly to enable you invest and trade accurately on your own, which i highly recommend you Mr Hercules He guides me with the exact time frame to trade and now I just received my first withdrawals of $30k in my bank account today I'm very happy, my advice is for you to contact him he will guide you perfectly well, and thank me later, I guess this is a good way to show my heartfelt appreciation for literally breaking the chain of my financial debit when I needed it most, you can contact him on his email 📧 (elvishercules48@gmail.com
THIS is what needs to be taught in schools. You deserve way more subs.

and in reality: you failed to sell you product and barely make any money. you loose all of the invested money and bag the investors to keep believing in you and give you more. they give you a bit more but it still doesnt work. you then cry at home alone. a few days/weeks later - you get yourself up and keep grinding with a new business. after 10 years and several failed businesses you finally make it big and become a millionair. happy ending (though most will quit on the first try).

Also, it's important to point out, not all businesses sell a product to the public. For example, you set up a tax company that operated in towns where there's low competition. People go to your locations to file tax. In the process, you avoid hefty marketing costs, because people find your business more often than your business finds people. After 5 years of hard work, your share of the company is valued at 10 million. You go public, cash in, and go on your marry way.

I have an idea : it's a new type of restaurant : eating-spots, in an eating-spot, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is a mobile app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days, menu is influenced by the live input of the customers via an app

🎯 This video is good, so on point! There's a lot to learn in this startup life world. For me, as I'm still currently going through the Phase 1 journey, it's important and apparent to recognize your core strengths and prioritize tasks that align with your expertise. This allows me to maximize my productivity and deliver higher quality work. So it's crucial to focus on your strengths and delegating non-core tasks, it really helps you maintain a balance between efficiency and growth. Thx for his explainer vid!
