Njanum second baby delivery kazhinj 7 weeks aayapo workout thudangi. Cesarean aayirunnu. Ente method parayam with diet. * Started walking slowly after 6 weeks ( ath vare enik bleeding undayrunnu) * 7 week ayappo i visited my Dr and he said I can start work outs * I started walking 30 minutes + 15 minutes light workout * I started diet from 2nd month and doing 30 minutes stationary bike (cardio) everyday. * Ippo 2.5 month aayi. I am planning for area specific work out from 3rd month. Athayath leg workout, glute, belly workout, chest workout etc Ente diet: Ari aaharam alavu kurachu. Vegetables and fruits kuduthal aaki. Sugar completely cut cheythu. Protein kuduthal include cheythu. Dinner oru 8 pm nu mumbe kazhikum. * Pre workout (6.15 am) - soaked almonds 8 ennam + black kismiss 8 ennam * Workout at 6.30 * Breakfast (8 am) - normal breakfast in less quantity+ any pulse curry (payar/sambar/dal etc)+ carrot/cucumber+ half glass milk with protein powder * Mid morning (11.30 am) - half bowl protein oats with nuts * Lunch (1.30 pm) - rice+ 2 egg+ any pulse curry+ cucumber slice * Evening (4 pm) - 2 slice brown bread with peanut butter+ half glass tea * Dinner ( 7.30 pm) - 2 chapathi+ paneer/chicken/any pulse curry I drink 3 litre water and breastfeed. ഞാൻ നോക്കി ഇരിക്കരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ weight loss ചെയ്യുന്ന time ൽ വേറെ channel ആണ് follow ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്.. ഒരു 6kg കുറഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷം പിന്നെ weight pause ആയി. പിന്നെ ആര്യ ടെ channel follow ചെയ്താണ് 7 kg കുറച്ചത്.. Idle weight ആയപ്പോ പിന്നെ മടി ആയി.. 3 months ഒന്നും ചെയ്തില്ല. Diet follow ചെയ്ത്.. Bt 4 kg കൂടി വീണ്ടും.. Bt work out start ചെയ്തിട്ടും loss ഇല്ല.. So ആര്യ ടെ channel കയറി vdeo നോക്കി ചെയാം വിചാരിച്ചു യൂട്യൂബ് open ചെയ്തപ്പോ കണ്ടത് ഈ video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@ambilyvijayan9077 Yes. You beed to check on bellybutton, slightly above bellybutton & slightly below bellybutton. How to check for diastasis recti videos are available in KZread. You can refer that. Our goal is to close the gap. Zero finger gap is ideal. If you have 4-5 finger gap, then through 9-10 months of continuous "diastasis recti exercises " can close the gap. But you need to be consistent.

Yes. Check on bellybutton area, above bellybutton area and below bellybutton area. If finger goes down, then it means you have diastasis recti. "Diastasis Recti Exercises " can heal abdominal separation with 4-5 finger gap in just 9-10 months. But you should be consistent. If left unattended, the mommy pooch/hanging belly will stay forever. There are videos available in KZread how to check if we have diastasis recti or not.

ഞാൻ നോക്കി ഇരിക്കരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ weight loss ചെയ്യുന്ന time ൽ വേറെ channel ആണ് follow ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്.. ഒരു 6kg കുറഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷം പിന്നെ weight pause ആയി. പിന്നെ ആര്യ ടെ channel follow ചെയ്താണ് 7 kg കുറച്ചത്.. Idle weight ആയപ്പോ പിന്നെ മടി ആയി.. 3 months ഒന്നും ചെയ്തില്ല. Diet follow ചെയ്ത്.. Bt 4 kg കൂടി വീണ്ടും.. Bt work out start ചെയ്തിട്ടും loss ഇല്ല.. So ആര്യ ടെ channel കയറി vdeo നോക്കി ചെയാം വിചാരിച്ചു യൂട്യൂബ് open ചെയ്തപ്പോ കണ്ടത് ഈ video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@ambilyvijayan9077 Yes. You beed to check on bellybutton, slightly above bellybutton & slightly below bellybutton. How to check for diastasis recti videos are available in KZread. You can refer that. Our goal is to close the gap. Zero finger gap is ideal. If you have 4-5 finger gap, then through 9-10 months of continuous "diastasis recti exercises " can close the gap. But you need to be consistent.

Yes. Check on bellybutton area, above bellybutton area and below bellybutton area. If finger goes down, then it means you have diastasis recti. "Diastasis Recti Exercises " can heal abdominal separation with 4-5 finger gap in just 9-10 months. But you should be consistent. If left unattended, the mommy pooch/hanging belly will stay forever. There are videos available in KZread how to check if we have diastasis recti or not.
