The problem is that chambers do not take juniors easily. All chambers are overcrowded

Hello! Thanks for your comment. Though I would love to make all the videos in English language, but I think that in India Hindi language has a wider reach.Not all people in India understand English language. Still I have made some videos purely in English. Now a days I try to have an intermix of English and Hindi language together in my videos.

Sure! I will try my best. But remember the best motivation is self motivation. It is internal rather than external, though external motivation does help many times.

No. Business is not permitted. But teaching law on contributary basis in law college (not on full time basis) is permitted. So if a lawyer has to either take up a business, or any full time job of teaching law or any other job he will have to first suspend his Sanad i.e. the licence to practice law as an advocate, temporarily with the bar council, and then do the business or full time teaching or any other job. He cannot practice as an advocate.

I think it is more of a learning by the junior himself by observing his senior, other seniors, and by reading briefs and by actually working on them by drafting and by arguing the cases in the senior's chamber. Senior may not teach by spoon feeding. He may be there just as a lighthouse in the sea. Make best use of the senior by tuning yourself in with his personality.
