You can improve the appearance of your handwriting with accumulated practice. First, you teach yourself to not grip the pen too tightly as you write so that your wrist stays flexible. Second, you slow down the speed of your writing and pay attention to forming each letter. Third instead of printing each letter, you teach yourself to link them together in the cursive style so that the letters of each word flow together smoothly. Back in the day before typewriters and computer key boards, those who could read and write, wrote by hand. Beautiful handwriting is a skill, just like dancing or playing the piano. It improves with practice and that practice takes time and patience. And yes, there are basic workbooks designed for children and teens, that could help you practice linking letters together to make beautiful handwriting. This kind of handwriting is called calligraphy and you do not need to be artistic to develop beautiful handwriting. I say this as someone who has been doing cursive handwriting since the 1970s.
