Start hitting it like a low handicap this summer.

The golf ball goes where it goes for a reason. That’s why they call them the ball flight laws. In this video I’ll show you a couple of easy drills you can implement right away and start compressing the golf ball and hitting it MUCH further with zero extra effort. If you’re reasonably coordinated and can change just a couple of moves you’re on your way to better golf soon!

I believe that every instructor should teach a push draw. A push draw is different than a draw. I can draw the ball on command every time with varying amounts of curve. I couldn’t hit a push draw to save my life, my swing is too vertical, my path is almost always neutral to out-to-in, but I still manage to hit some straight shots. Hitting a push draw is the shot shape that requires a closed face, and an inside to out path. Essentially, it is the perfect golf shot. If you see a ball start right, then turn back to center, you know for certain your fundamentals are where they need to be, and only a push draw gives that level of feedback. Just my 2 cents.

You are 100% correct. Matching path to face to your target line is key.
