Good stuff! Its a strange feature - it took me a good few minutes to get my bike started when i first assembled it 😂

Will this work on the xxx? I’m installing a thumb throttle and have to bypass the start button. Was going to twist the yellow and green wires from the start button together then run a jst connector from the black red and white wires on the thumb throttle to the remaining black red and blue wires on the bike

Would you know how to install a thumb throttle on this bike? I have carpal tunnel and been eyeing out this bike for over a year now. Its time. Great videos! Keep up the good content

I haven't done it myself, but I'm pretty positive it can be done because when surronster broke his wrist he put one on his surron... my guess would be just follow the throttle wire down and see if it goes to a connector... if so just get a thumb throttle with that connector and in theory it should work

You could definitely do it... they use 3 wires, pos neg and 5v. You most likely won't find a thumb throttle with the same connector used on your current throttle. You may have to wore the 3 wires directly or cut the plug off your throttle and splice it onto your thumb throttle.

My bike keeps saying wait but I don’t think it’s anything to do with the sensors I haven’t tried bypassing them yet but I’ve had a new key barrel and it’s only been bad since then if I wiggle the barrel it will sometimes go to ready? Would the key barrel affect the wait/ready thing?

I’m not sure if the key barrel would, possibly. Check your connections and make sure they’re good. And make sure the throttle and brake sensor connections are all tight and aligned

I don’t see why not 🤷🏻‍♂️ if it’s the same style throttle with just a simple button switch it should be the same!

If you do a jumper wire then yeah. Just remove it and there wouldn’t be contact anymore.

yeah basically just connect both sides of the switch with the small wire and it will send the signal that it is always being pushed

Why do this?. You can just turn the key. And prese the start button as soon as the screen shows a T. Which is literally 1 sec. and you will go

@freerfixedit you mean pressing the button? Do you have the kickstand sensor removed too. I just like them because it's stops curious people looping my bike trying to get an engine noise lol

@@Spacezee110 yeah I removed all sensors. Turn key and go now. But I will say, the one and only time my bike has been dropped was from someone squatting down to look at it after they rode it, hand was on the throttle and looped it 😂
