There is a thing in cell phones called 'filters'. A co-worker of mine uses it, and the redness on her face goes away for the picture, along with her wrinkles and sun and age spots. Can't trust a photo posted on social media.

I don't get why it's such a big deal if ppl don't wear makeup...I never wear makeup lol. Yeah, I get it, they are celebrities, but still...I just don't get why people think they are automatically strong, confident women because they posted a no-makeup selfie on Instagram. No hate, loved the video, this is just my personal opinion.

Because a lot of the time when they don't wear makeup they get dragged for every flaw on their face.

I still recognize them.

Natural beauty cannot be taken for granted. The amount of exercise, watching what they eat, the lifestyle in general is a big impact.

I think these kind of videos are important because we get to see the reality behind all the glam and perfection. Sometimes I get caught up in makeup and looking my best, and it's refreshing to see famous people that people crush on also have flaws and don't look perfect all the time.

Now do a before plastic/dental surgery and without makeup look :)

Gwen looks fantastic! She should do the natural look more often.

You need to see them in daylight at 5am in the morning to have some idea.

This is why I hate makeup, it provides a way for women to not accept they way they look. If guys can live without makeup, women can too.

Don't you hate it when no makeup videos feature a bunch of people wearing makeup.

Even with this "no makeup lie" they are still wearing some makeup. No-one and I mean no-one goes without makeup. As one lady who does eyebrows for the rich and famous in Calif., stated they are unrecognizeable without make-up!

They are all beautiful with and without makeup but whatever Jessica Alba is doing with her Honest beauty is really working because she is Honestly beautiful without makeup.

Sophia Vergara is one of the most beautiful women out there. Unlike other people she hasnt had any plastic surgery. People hate on her accent. But that accent makes her unique. Even without makeup she is beautiful. (♡˙︶˙♡)

What's rather suspicious about these supposedly "no makeup" pics that celebrities post is that they all have great skin and look well rested, BUT, then they get caught by paparazzi in broad daylight without make up on looking like a bunch of hags. Its pretty damn clear that the photos celebs post of themselves are a result of photo editing, good lighting and/or lite makeup.

How can I prevent ever getting to see a Nicky Swift video in my lists in my life again?

I don’t think any of these ladies looked bad without make-up. They just did not have their usual glam. But each one is genuinely beautiful.

All of these women look just fine without makeup. Some of them, like Kate Upton and Taylor Swift, I find a lot HOTTER without it. I think that if women didn't overdo the makeup to begin with, the without-makeup look would hardly be noticeable.
