Game found on GOG. Played on Windows 11, using the Upgrade mod 3.3 by Jan_B as a baseline mod with lots of extra bits from lots of mods thrown in on top and then my own adjustments.

I’m surprised there aren’t Tricobalt Torpedoes, long reload times but great for heavy targets
