That's saying a lot.

This game is so depressing, sound design, graphics, gameplay, are all peak, but EA being greedy and killing this game on launch, then later ending support when it was making what could have been the greatest comeback ever.

1. I wish they never gave up on this beaut 2. If it was inevitable for them to leave, I wish they added an offline galactic assault before they left

They were always going to leave the game someday, its just sad that they left it when it was just starting to get massive updates. Its nice that the community is still there, so finding games aren't much of an issue sometimes.

I really don't understand why EA pulled the plug on this game so soon. After it's terrible launch and getting what felt like a redemption relaunch it really feels like this game has so much missed potential

Scimitar is actually A-10 Thunderbolt but Space Version lol

The venator and the arquintens cruisers are the coolest ships in Star Wars imo along with the pelts class frigate

I wish Maul reclaimed his Scimitar, it’s so cool.

I really hate not being a skilled player to enjoy this game as it deserves. As I respawn I'm dead again and again unless I'm vs bots 😢

Dude he literally just outmanuvered the guy that was insane. You have such a big advantage with the hero ships too... and clearly the falcon was like following him and almost got him on that fourth loop back

my one regret was never playing this mode enough when it came out. I was always busy playing the ground modes that i never got to max out the fighters even with triple xp weeks.

Yeah. Once the guy got the Darth maul ship it was over. I knew that was going to happen. I wish I could find matches for this... it's always one I join halfway into then needs 8 players to start a new fresh one

I like how when the tractor beams are still alive when he was shooting at that republic bomber he ran out of ammo and he had to recharge the dude in the bomber probably thought oh I’m safe and then immediately got shot down😂

This is very good, outstanding job. I notice that the aiming reticle seems to be off as in strange. From what I saw, you were aiming at Y-Wing Bombers but the lasers didn’t seem to always deal damage. It’s like your aim was there but the lasers didn’t go to where you were aiming at. Even though that player Tiger king3717 kept on losing, they were close to taking you down. I hope that one didn’t take it personal, back when you shot them down.

I think the reason of strange Aiming is because starfighter is look like tie interceptor. it has a big gap between blasters.

i love this game. the only issue ive had with it is what the ai deems is a priority target. between arquitens and venators, the venator should be the primary target for bombers and fighters.

Love your gameplay every time you play this the team your on gets majorly stacked

The space battles in this game were looking out of this world , too bad they were poorly inovated into the game , the space battles are pretty much an short mini game . 12:35 the sound you never knew you needed to hear

It’s sooooo good.

Found your videos yesterday. I play the old battlefront one and to and loved it. This looks great, but it's realy a shame, that ea didn't want this game to get a sable big community over years. Looks cool and I love this assault and defend missions, I'm more into objective then in deathmatch. As a child I ha x-wing vs tie-fighter and I loved the missions.

Example for the bomber: It's electronic countermeasure can avoid missile look.

This is where the fun begins

All darth maul really gotta do is take out the turbo lasers and cannons of the venator class star destroyer and that's it...........

I wish the arcade mode was more like this assault matches it would have been so cool

You have done well defending your old Trade Federation flagship Lord Maul. If only wish the Separatist faction can include General Grievous's Soulless One and Asajj Ventress's fanblade fighter, along with the Republic including the Jedi Interceptors of Obi-Wan, Ahsoka and Anakin as hero vehicles.

I’m so happy I’ve never played Star fighter gameplay and stayed on the ground bcuz I was tired of being shot down by online players who have been flying since the beginning, but I always appreciated how beautiful the gameplay is I love the way the Trade Federation core ships look with all the lights in the ring…Now that I’m pretty much done upgrading my heroes and villains and so forth I’m ready to be a noob in deep space and max out my favorite ships

I tried starfighter assault the other day and the team balancing is awful.

Star fighter assault was good. very sad they ditched it. would have been awesome if the game had a galactic conquest mode like in the original BF2 with space and land battles.

There must also be a map with Offensive Separatists

Battlefront is such a cool game not only is it fun but it’s so visually pleasing especially galactic assault👌🏾👌🏾

My problem with Starfighter assault is the Starfighters themselves, they are way too manuverable!

How is there sound in space?

Such a shame. This game had and still has soooo much potential and could have gotten so much better. EA better stick to making the same crappy sports games instead of ruining the chances other companies would have taken advantage of

I want to connect an EA account to Battlefront II so I can play it online, and I just read that EA left the game, so does that mean I can't do that even though my console seems to be trying to get me to connect for more features? It's all I really want please let me know Uh seriously what did they leave such an addicting game for?? A better one they didn't really need?? (If the next one is even better lol I'll probably forget about this one). I just want to be able to play online which isn't that hard of a thing to ask for considering they still allow people to play online minecraft.

Original battlefront 2 is better

I was okay, at best, at the ground combat. I enjoyed it, but found it difficult. But I was frantastic-fucking-tastic at the starfighter assault. I loved it. The visuals were immersive, I enjoyed the controls and each faction had distinct - yet balanced (imo) fighters/bombers. With the resurgence of Star Wars rn it is a failure of EA for leaving it.
