The zoom in on Number One reads completely different in this context: she's thinking, "For CRYING out loud, I spent years taking orders from THIS moron?" So amazing.

As someone who doesn't watch the bloopers themselves, half the fun is thinking each shot might be the one and second-guessing what counts as a mistake. Captain Batel's eyes were slightly wider at 0:58 and I thought that was it only to get proved wrong a few seconds later.

better to just beam them into the other ship's warp core while they are standing on the platform anyway. And then high-tail it out there before the shockwave gets ya. Then drop Una off somewhere safe and hidden while you report to Starfleet that the other ship suddenly exploded after they took your most valued officer.

Frankly, I still don't buy this (not the edit, the reason for the court martial) Her culture (which isn't a Federation member at this time) uses heavy genetic modification. Okay, so Earth forced a GM ban on the Federation when it formed/shortly thereafter, sure... But that she's arrested because of her culture's norms, even if its considered illegal in the Federation? No, that doesn't make sense- maybe if she continued to make modifications later... She did, however, literally infiltrate the Federation's navy, lied on her application, and had numerous people involved with a conspiracy to keep her identity and foreign origin (and possible allegiance) secret. (Seriously, is M'Benga incompetent, or an Illyrian asset?) That is a legitimate reason to arrest her and have her stand before a court martial.
