@@Watcher1134 I generally don't canonise anything outside of the TV and films (when their included fair enough) dose the buoy say say "Talos4 turn back under pain of DEATH " or "ust "Don't go there its not safe" . Why would there even be a death penalty the Talosians are a dying race and want slaves or servants , not to conquer the universe. Plus if the trail of Spock in "Menagerie" was an illusion then why not punishment . It was Commodore José Mendez that tells Kirk about the death Penalty and he's an Talosian illusion (not a Federation one) wouldn't Talosian .

Yet the NCC-1701 Enterprise visited UFC 465537 on at least two occasions…TOS “City On The Edge of Forever” and TAS “Yesteryear”. While not necessarily canon in and of itself, fan series “New Voyages/Phase II” also premiered with an episode which brought in both the Guardian of Forever AND the Doomsday Machine(s) with heavy implication of Starfleet now conducting formal studies on the ancient sentient time machine… While we sadly haven’t seen it in any officially canon Trek since “Yesteryear”, what circumstances would somehow prevent such an exploration of the system and particularly the Guardian itself in the future? I’ve personally wondered myself why it hasn’t been seen in Modern Trek…think it would be interesting to see what LD might do with it…😅

Nope, that was a normal planet where everyone living on it ended up moving faster in time, but the planet stayed still
