tip for collecting magic fast - wait for star stable team to realize that 18k of snowflakes is ridiculous amount to collect in such a short time, especially when people are already tired of collecting forest fireflies. I bet they're going to change that with first hotfix, they just didn't wanna make the same mistake they did with hollow woods and people speedrunning through event in one day

18k snowflakes is an insane amout to collect Ive collected like 500 and Im already so bored of it and the fliter in the winter village hurts my eyes and ruin alot of the coat colours and make them look green 😭

What I do for snowflakes faster is run circles around the lake over and over and the snow piles seem to have a good respawn time mostly around the lake bridge fishing spot wrap around the lake, cross it and repeat. at 1.2k + atm

18k is NUTS I've played 3 days straight and I have only like 900 points, how tf are we supposed to finish this reputation without grinding 24/7??

I’m really sad that Violet Flowergarden can’t see the new update, and when is sso going to add something for Violet Flowergarden. I really miss her, she was my childhood youtuber and I watched her 24/7 because I loved her voice..

the rewards for the winter crystal are so bad. i grinded for an hour and traded 900 snowflakes for a APPLE!

I remember holding a hose after washing one of my horses in the wash stall. I was trying to figure out how to explain to other players why I was carrying a hose while riding. 🙃

I feel like with how many players are now active with the whole hollow woods update and the firefly grind aspect - they wanted to possibly make players have to stay on longer for the snowflake grinding?? 18k snowflakes, at least with the current way you have to collect them, is a bit ridiculous imo. Hopefully SSO realizes that. Aside from that with getting the magic back faster, I have noticed that a majority of snowflakes tend to spawn on the ice lake, same with the little snow piles!

"Star stable is a bit skimpy not gonna lie" I think you mean stingy. Skimpy is a totally different meaning😅

Well.. This update turned out to be strange. The magic is gone and it takes a very long time to bring it back. Thanks, that was enough for me. I've never had a game lag like this. And surprisingly, it's not the number of players, but the snow itself. Last year everything was fine, but now it's 15 fps and constant delays. There was also a problem with objects getting stuck. Even more globally than when the characters were updated. You just enter the game and the character has hay in his hand... And yes, the death of the horse was very frequent, because of this I spent a lot of time racing.

I actually don't know what to think of this update. Like I was so hyped up because it is my favourite time in sso, but now I just don't know. It just doesn't feel right. The colors are off, the chainsaw is reaaally annoying, the snowflake grinding takes so much time and becomes boring quite fast. I don't know if I should be mad or straight up dissapointed. Although I'm still hoping that they will realize that something is not right and maybe it'll be better. 🥺

Btw did you notice that the reins don't clip through the horses neck anymore? :D

we literally waited all day just to lag and run around with a freaking chainsaw 🧍‍♀️

I think the snow would be way better if they didn’t have it totally covering the roads. That was my opinion last year too. I also think changing collecting to a similar method as hollow woods is a good idea, but they continue to make the holiday events take way too much effort to earn everything. It’s been that way for a while now 😩 I think they’re doing that on purpose these days tbh but who knows. Either way I suppose I would still rather have an event than nothing at all.

i got kicked out and "suspected for cheating" for going down the icey slide in the winter village earlier today, smth is up with sso.

Bro my character was holding a shovel AND a chainsaw at one point. I also got kicked for cheating when going down the ice slide 😭 Also when you go to the closet in the winter village and the click on the picture mode the color comes back!

@@kyronite0 I don't know what it is, but the Asian server that's 3 hours behind the Australian ones is sometimes pink. Sometimes it's like his, but sometimes it's pink. The other players on the server have the same experience: sometimes blue, sometimes pink.
