Exactly. Why bring out more horses when almost all the horses that already exist have bugs, fix the bugs. Don’t give us more horses but fix the existing ones.

That is so true. We are getting new horses like every two week and they’re not stopping. The sso team should really fix the horses and bugs in games and not bring this many horses out. (Sorry, if my englisch is broken, im from Germany)

And if they weren't rushing horses to get out to the people they would have MUCH more time to finalize the models and the animations too, reducing the bugs and problems with the horses or the coats when they're released.. :( Or they could work on different stuffs! Just.. C'mon we're drowning in horses jesus.. XD

Linmarie Dausman Yeah I know. And if you’ll pay attention to the Thoroughbreds they have some of the Andy gaits they just changed them slightly. That’s why i don’t own a Knabstrupper, I find them disgusting.

especially since people worked so long for the rune runner horse, imagine this, you worked for 5 months, logging onto sso every day to do your soul riding missions. you finally get the rune runner horse, but after all of that work, its *glitched*

It would be nice if the horses were able to jump the height of the jump instead of a set height of jumping. I understand they definitely need to fix these horses first, BUT it would definitely be nice in the (likely far far far) future.

I really hate when people are like "no, u can't criticize sso because they're people/they don't have that much money to make the game/whatever" I completely understand that mistakes can happen. But those are mistakes that have been around for a long time and sso MUST have seen players complain about them by now, yet they choose to not do anything about it. I pay for that game. I pay for the horses. I have a right to say that I didn't get what I paid for. A simple announcement from them where they acknowledge the glitches and tell us that they're going to work on them in the future would be enough for me. But sso choose to stay silent and act like nothing's happening and that's ridiculous.

Absolutely. I noticed that every single time someone dare to criticize the game, even in a polite and constructive manner, there's always someone to scream that you shouldn't do that, that you should be positive instead of pointing at their small mistakes, that it's not important, that they already have lot of work, and the "reason" they use the most : "But they only want to make us happy". No, they don't do that in order to make us happy, they simply do their job to earn money and live their normal lives. Like almost everyone in fact. I don't know why people only act like that on that game, I never saw that on other games communities, but it's a real problem. And I bought those horse for the way they were at the start, not to see my product modified without my consent. But SSO doesn't even listen, don't reply about that except " lot of players asked us so we changed it" ( classical, it's not us, it's the others who wanted, don't blame us ) and don't even want to hear about a refund.

I'm pretty angry, because Trakehners are almost my top favorite horses in the game and they BROKE it. I've bought almost everyone of them (and planned to buy the rest), but I don't ride them anymore because they move so weird. Also I rlly like Connemaras and Jorvik warmbloods, but these issues are terrible. EDIT: Also I don't get why they're ruining horses months after releasing...

Oh my gosh I agree so much. The Trahkaners WERE my favorite breed. It was the first horse I ever bought, I rode mine all the time, it held a special place in my heart, but now my trahkaner sits in my home stable as a decoration. Like- SSO ruined EVERYTHING about them. I even liked their old trot! But these new Trahkaners are just awful.

I really dont mind the Trakner gaits, in my opinion I think they look better. I hated the original trot and walk. They reason I sold my Trakner at first.

How ironic that this was posted the day my User Experience teacher taught us about user feedback and how companies should take feedback from their players. The fact that these bugs have been well known for quite a while truly reveals how much they listen to the community. Star Stable is lucky to have so many players who are actively speaking up about these bugs, yet they don't seem to take any action. I know a lot of people want cool updates, but I'm also certain that the players would love an update focusing on bug fixes such as these. As my UX teacher would put it, the Star Stable Team is just a team of "normie" designers who seem to have no desire for any bug patches.

I know right, I never see a new bug patch update anymore and every time there was one it never contained any of their trashed horses. I’m angry with this game.

Let's not forget how the mane of the Rune Runner glitches through the forehead and the tail doesn't match with the dorsal stripe

The trakehener situation really bums me out, because I loved those horses before they changed the gaits. They told me that a bunch of people didn't like them so they changed them, clearly not thinking about the people that did like them. So the situation was not fixed and Star Stable isn't doing anything about it.

I'm so angered by them, the Trahkaner was the first horse I ever bought and it was my favorite horse breed in SSO at the time. But now my Trahkaner is just a decoration in my home stable and she's probably going to stay that way if SSO doesn't fix their gaits.

My Connemara stops after jumping for a second and it sucks cause I can’t win high scores in races with it so until they fix it my Connemara’s trash

The mane for the north swedish is SUPPOSED to be like that. That's why after the hair is "stuck" the horse flicks it's forelock back in place.

I finally saved up enough star coins a few weeks ago so I could buy my Lusitano and now it’s broken.. it’s my favorite horse and I’ve been trying not to notice the glitch but I have. It’s upsetting as I only have 3 horses and won’t be able to afford more any time soon... I hope Star Stable will fix these glitches soon! ❤️

thanks so much for sharing this and make awareness with all the broken Generation 3 horses, I tried to be with my posts as constructive as I could, so SSO may see what exactly is broken and glitched , I also didn't want to hate on SSO :'D !

The only thing for sst to do for the pony is to add weight to the mane, it looks like there only weights for head rig, not mane rig. Starter horse issue is because the rig they are using is very easy to use, but can be rly buggy sometimes. They just need to take that "frame" and gime it to the right place

Long story short, all the horses in sso are broken. I quietly win the champs with my connie.....

The north swedish horses' hind leg twitches in the extended canter and gallop. I don't even ride my runerunner because the twitching leg looks so awkward.

I’ve been commenting on SSO’s posts about the trakhner for months now and I’ve been ignored. I saw them respond to someone else’s comment basically saying “This is what the players wanted.” And no it isn’t. All that people wanted was a better trot for the trakhner. They gave us an updated version of the trakhner before they ruined the extended canter that was perfect. It just makes me so angry and upset that they broke so many horses after they were released. I honestly have not played in a few months because why would I want to play a game where the team ignores very obvious bugs? I wish they would be more transparent about what they’re doing to fix problems or reasons why they haven’t been fixed already.

The trakhner literally looks LAME at the slow gallop. If I saw one of my horses irl cantering like that I would think something was off. It just grinds my gears because I feel like I have no voice and I’ve put well over $600 into SSO over the past year and a half I’ve been playing. The trakhner is such a popular club horse like how can they just ignore this problem for so long??? I’ve come up with theories on why they’re not doing anything about the glitch, but it’s probably silly and a bit accusatory. The other glitches (especially the pony and the connemara) make me upset too, but I feel like they’re not as noticeable and haven’t been around as long as the trakhner

Sameeee. I don't wanna ride the trakehners anymore because the gaits look so off. I especially loved the extended canter/slow gallop and the fast gallop. I feel like I have just wasted my money buying like five trakehners that I won't ride anymore because SSO changed them.

I tried to argue about this problem on global chat with someone. They said sso has bigger bugs to deal with. I was like what? What bugs need to be fixed? Because we bought an amazing horse just to then get a bugged product. Would you buy a broken/bugged product in real life? No you wouldn't. Why sso doesn't see this as a problem I don't know. The bugs have been in the game for so long now like the pony's mane being stuck to its head for months now. But sso its like drupy drupy we don't really care. I've seen the complaints about them on social media and all we get is 'We know about this problem and looking into it.' Its been months but still nothing.

believe it or not, they're actual simple fixes, they just don't want to put the time and effort into it. but imagine how this would feel v scenario 1: you've been saving up for weeks/asking your mom to buy you star coins for weeks, you finally get enough star coins to buy your favorite horse. you buy the horse, but for some reason, it breaks every single bone in its body when it moves, so now that horse you've been wanting for 9 weeks is broken scenario 2: you've been logging onto sso for 5 months straight doing your soul riding missions to get the rune runner horse. you finally get the horse, but to your surprise, after all of that hard work and dedication, the horse is *glitched* i don't get why people defend them like "tHeY hAvE bIgGeR pRoBlEmS tO dEaL wItH" like what? making new horses so they can get their money fix quicker, rather than fixing a broken product? like, if i pay for a horse, and that horse is broken, did i get my money's worth? nope! and those who defend that practice of leaving an old, broken product behind, not caring if it gets fixed, really need to look into things more, because it is NOT ok to leave horses that people payed at least *30 in real life dollars* for broken for months or longer.

@@Kokiicat I totally agree. SSO has become a bugged boring game that the only fun events that come into the game anymore for me are Halloween and Christmas events. But apart from that we have nothing to do. Then we get the bugged/broken horses, that sso say nah we don't really care about this. Plus a NEW horse is coming out tomorrow I think (the magic wild).Which means more money for sso. I'm getting sick of this. Now we are going to be in constant fear that our horses are gonna bug out in a couple of months. I think if sso doesn't start to fix them we should all start asking for a 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬! SSO basically is now selling us broken items in the game. I'm so annoyed at sso suck up as well xD They are part of the problem to. Because they kiss the ground sso is walking on, sso be like ha this person said we are doing great so we aren't going to listen to anyone else. I love Star Stable but lately I don't even play the game apart from Wednesdays Update. _____My point is tho, the game has so many problems as it is, and lacks content for the old, old players. Now having bugged broken horses into the mix. It just doesn't look good for sso____

And when you see how some players keep replying mostly on facebook/instagram on posts like this, you can wonder if they aren't right... After all each time someone criticize SSO, there's a white knight to defend them and claim that they are busy with something more important so... They don't even have to face their mistakes or gave explanations, they already have some people who do it for free.

I actually stopped riding my Jorvik Pony because its mane-glitch annoyed me so much, and its front-mane animations would have been so pretty without that glitch! Edit: I also barely ever get Star Coins, except for my weekly allowance, so every horse matters to me. That glitch really makes me upset.

I would but I don't want to use my star coins on mane-changing, and I like the Jorvik Pony's front mane animation without the glitch, so I'm just waiting for Star Stable to fix it.

I love new trakhener trot, however other gaits are yuck. Community complained only about their trot, other gaits were flexible and really nice (now they arent). Not to mention that lusitanos are broken since leaks of new tack, I cant ride quarter of my horses as they are glitched

The connemara's jump made me so sad, hopefully they will fix it.

The Friesian horse is also broken. Whenever I jump using it, the head goes up, then straight back down and the character's back goes forward and backwards. I have been seeing this happen for a long while now, but I don't know if anybody else has seen it happen before too.

That's nothing comparing to the bugs I have My horses literally become invisible as soon as I enter the game

another broken thing about the Connemara: when they jump their back hooves fold up

There’s another glitch with the Jorvik pony where the saddle stays on the horse even when you take it off, and if you change saddles it looks like a saddle inside of a saddle. It happens with almost every saddle. If it was just the hair glitch I might still ride my pony, but the saddle thing annoys me so much omg

I have i Brinicle, it's a blue, magical horse with frozen mane. When I give him a bow, ribbon or other decoration in the bridle, he is placed over the horse's head and levitates there. The same thing happens when I give a horse a bow tie, it puts into the horse's body.

It's really annoying how broken Trakheners are. There are a lot of different coats and I think they look good when they stand. The worst thing is that they don't have like ONE issue, eg. jumping. All their gaits are broken so when you ride them, you see the bugs ALL THE TIME.

The starter is the only horse I ever use (I get very emotionally attached to the first of everything in games) so they really need to fix the leg.

The NSH is also bugged when someone tries to ride with you or you’re carrying items. The stick straight through the body of the horse.

Finally I thought I was the only one who knew actually FOR ALL THE HORSES the neck snaps

When they used the pony animations for the Trake I nearly cried,, I bought the Trake for the gallop and they went and completely replaced each animation instead of altering the trot to make it more natural(if that was their plan). SSO is making me bi-polar about the game :((

yesss! i noticed the forelock of the jorvik pony forever ago and they still haven't fixed them! and the trakehner is so messed up i- 😭

The new Quarter horses have a glitch that annoys me and other. When you go from a walk to a trot the legs lock up and freeze, and than moves into the trot and same way with each gait transition.

It's a shame that these glitches are even an issue because I really wanted to buy the black Trakehener that's in Goldenhills but after hearing from other players how sso broke the animations I decided against buying it for now since it just didn't make sense for me to pay so much for, basically, a broken horse. I can only trust that the sso team is already aware of these issues and are doing everything they can to fix them.

I’m so happy people are actually speaking up about broken horses. This is horrible I bought the trakener (I think I spelt it wrong) they change the slow gallop to the pony slow gallop. They scammed me and took the trakener slow gallop and gave the Througherbred the slow gallop. This is very angering I loved the trakener, and now I forced myself to buy the througherbred cause I loved the trakener gaits.

Also in the Connemara horse. When it jump the back hooves go into its body

What also bothers me is the rune runner and Aqh braids just stretch and look terrible and I had high hopes for braids like that because I like them irl (also it would be very nice if they could go back and reanimate horses who's mane don't move to make them look better instead of just mass producing new horse breeds) Edit: Also the AQH's shoulders 💀

They also changed the jorvik pony's jump at the gallop in the last update, the legs go too far back and it makes it look as if the ponies have broken their hips with how far back the legs go. Also the front legs look the same as the back, when they jump the shoulder may as well been shattered too.

I don't have star stable but, I always think I have it. I understand what your talking about just in a strange way. I've always been watching star stable. I understand in a way how you feel.

IKR! The Trek used to be my favorite horse but now I have to hide it because of how sad I was about it because it had an AMAZING gallop and jump ugh I miss the old one

I am so happy that finally people talk about this: i just hate the fact that i spend so much money on horses that have so ugly movements that i cannot ride them. i love the old trakehner model and i just bought a new trakehner (i didnt know that they are glitching) and now i have an expensive horse in my stable that i cannot ride even though i just bought it. i am such a fan of the old trakehner model, they sould really fix it

I have every single horse that is glitched except the North Swedish I still love those horses and they at least have weird glitches that seem fun when it comes to pranking a friend or telling your friend that their horse is completely unstable 😂🤣😂

I love Connemaras and Lusitanos, even though they aren’t one of the newest, recent breeds, I love to ride them, because their models are so pretty. Yet SSO decided to ruin them without even notifying us. I was shocked when I noticed that something was so off with them. Why did they even decide to edit them? They were a released, completed product that people bought with their money. And they thought, what, we wouldn’t notice the changes? All it would take is ask, make a poll, let people decide whether they wanted those changes or not.

I wish everyone the best of luck campaigning for these glitches to be fixed. I've been reporting a texture glitch on the NSH model where the teeth of the horse are backwards for the last 2 years. SSO hasn't even acknowledged it.

This honestly makes me so glad I went with the newest horse breed rather than buy the lusitano as I planned- I really hope they fix them at some point, I know that a lot of the employees are working at home and updates have been a bit slower because of that, but they should really think about putting more focus on fixing the older breeds and put any planned newer horses on hold.

Yes some of the horses looked a bit dodgy however most of them were fine, I hate it when people say ‘starstable broke the horse’, starstable didn’t break the horse a bug or glitch within the game did I’m sure SSO didn’t purposefully try to break some of these horses.

Yeah the two things that bug me is my spider pet that is in the saddlebag, when you equip it in the bag it would normally be hanging outside on the bag looking cool and all but after some strange update 1 year ago, it's now tucked away in the bag and aren't visible nor doing anything inside the bag so that's a bummer. The next thing that is bugging me is the Christmas "unicorn" horse that has something wrong, with equipping the decoration to the mane and head, the hat, or rosette are equipped inside the horse and is not sitting where it should be. So that's a bummer too~

yes, we asked for some animation changes. this was not it. the only change we asked for was trakehner trot change. and they broke the entire horse. no one complained about nshs, lusitanos and most of the horses in this video. we’re the consumers and i believe we deserve to have a say in what happens with the products we purchased.

I’ve noticed a lot of weird leg animations on every single one of their horses. Every horse has at least one gait that’s warped or messed up, or does something just enough not to look natural. The north Swedish doesn’t pick up one of its front hooves enough during its walk, and during the gallop, one of the front legs swings too loosely. The back legs are also doing similar things to the Lusitano, but it’s harder to tell because the leg is thicker. The Fjords have the same problems since they have the same animations. Every single horse has something odd about it and it’s very disappointing. I think they changed the trakhener gaits because when they were released, everyone complained about the trot, which tbh was a little odd and the gait they were going for probably could have been polished a lot more. It’s depressing how little polish most of the horses get

In my opinion, they really need to fix the hind legs on the Marwari. If you pay enough attention, you can see in the dynamic bone structure that there's literally no movement in the hips/flank within their gaits. The problem mainly resides around the thigh and stifle, partially the gaskin. It just phases through the flesh and the protrusion of the flank in general is a bit much. . . That's just me.

they haven’t even fixed the aqh which has been broken for YEARS omg

Lucy's and North Swedish horses are my favorite horses and I'm sad to see them so broken. I'm actually sad about all of them. They need to fix them. :(

I own the golden bay north Swedish and a black Connemara and I’m glad someone finally decided to call out its issues because if you spend real money on a game you would at least expect to get your moneys worth. I believe they have been fixed now

I saw someone commenting about the connemara earlier today on their insta...and I didn't notice the problem with the lucitano yet and I've been playing for so long today and have been riding one...I'm speechless..

Honestly, I don't really know if this happens because they don't have that much money to keep fixing a lot of things on the game or at least do more quests. I mean, SSO has been and is played by a lot, I mean A LOT of people, and I think that they'd have plenty money to do the right things.

I agree with everything, except one thing with the north swedish, when the strand of hair is "stuck" there, in the animation, it flips the hair back.

The jorvik pony ive emailed sso about it and they gave me the auto reply of dont give your passwrod out and i didnt say anything about my password. Only the poor starter jorvik pony. I miss having Mist flip his head up and his hair but know him and Angel's mane sticks and it drives me crazy. Even after i emailed them they didnt do anything. I want Mist and Angel back to normal!

In one of the recent star stable instagram posts someone asked about the connemara glitch and they replied but i don’t think they will fix it soon they seem to be working on the larger unreleased areas of the game instead of fixing the glitches even though their excuse to not opening any more areas is that they are working on fixing the game

All are broken af- however, I always thought the NSH hair strand was part of the actual fbx file/idle animation.. Like it was hair on its face and it flips out of the way (like a QUEEN!) But, yeaah.... That is the tea and SSO needs to fix these..

I just bought the liver chestnut lusitano. Never been so disappointed. I'm quitting till the bugs get fixed. Love SSO but I really hope they work it out and fix them all. (:

Also with the Connemaras. When they jump their back hooves melt into the leg. Like they rotate so far round that they disappear into the hind leg

I thought the trake was fine before, but not anymore, since now they got changed to having the jorvik pony gaits and it doesn't look good on a horse breed

especially because trakehners are such a powerful warmblood breed which normally has really big strides and tons of impulsion that the pony gaits don't have

The Icelandic is broken too, the right leg goes all the way out. And idk but the tolt looks like a normal trot to the player?!

I honestly hated the gaits of the Trakehner before, however, the new gaits as it has been pointed out have no neck movement and also have terrible transitions between the gaits, so they aren't any better. The horse's gaits are so broken, it needs to just be completely redone at this point.

None of the gaits they've been given have done the breed justice in my opinion

I have problem with connemara jumps too. I must ride really close to obstacle and then jump. It isn't good. I don't remember if that horse have so short jump before glitch or not.

I am not a horse critic, but SSO NEEDS to fix these horses. The lusitanos used to be my favorite horse, and now they have the overused Andalusian gaits every new horse gets. SSO please fix these, as I won’t be training them anytime soon.

I never noticed that these horses were broken, i checked as half of my horses are these breeds.😥 I am GREATLY disturbed😨, i hope soo fixes them soon
