Thank you very much for the tutorial. I have problems when I download the SVG and take it to Inkscape only 1 layer appears and not all 3 and I can't edit the names of the stars. CDS does not recognize them

Make sure you have the correct settings at the start chart site, and that you are downloading an SVG, as shown in the video.

Nice video, but cant save the star chart as an svg, only png. Do you know if that has been taken away?

I love this but for some reason my Cricut Maker 3 stops in mid project with flashing red power button. I’ve tried everything the Cricut help page suggested. I know this has nothing to do with your video… just wondering if you have ever had this problem and how you fixed it.

Most often this happens if the acrylic is too thick, or if the tool runs off the edge. Be sure to do the troubleshooting and reset mentioned here to rule out a problem with your machine. help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010333454-Power-button-is-Blinking-Red

Can you please tell us what other star chart generator you were using. I'm kind of a stickler on details and would love one with the correct year. :)

Super quick compared to the filled designs I normally do. I think it was less than a half hour.

I'm an idiot when I opened my layers panel I only show 1? Can someone please walk me through this, thanks.

I am not having any trouble with this process as of today, but if you are following the video instructions carefully and not getting the desired result, you might try a different web browser.

@@cleversomeday That was it. It apparently does not work on a pc using Edge, but on the Mac it downloads as expected. I didn't try a different browser on the pc so not sure if it makes a difference there or not. Thanx for the info.
