I recently bought this, however after filling up with boiling water while testing it. The top part of the exterior (around the neck where the body meets the handle) started getting warmish after the hr mark. Is this the normal standard of the flask? should I request for a replacement?

Thermal failure, 3 weeks of use and no longer works,the thermos loses temperature outside the thermos (it heats up on the outside).Not a good product.

How can you ever be sure on reviews on KZread that it cant be any paid product placement?
